This hotel suffers many a bad review and I'm not sure why. The staff was friendly, my room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast is amazing!!!! There was no noise, even though the highway is next door, it's not nearly as loud as people make it out to be and my room faced the road! The roosters (yes, roosters) on the road were louder but entertaining--I kept thinking "this is SO Miami, NOT" lol The local police were at breakfast this morning. It thought it was a great way to start off the day, knowing they got your back. This place is just great--guests and staff are warm and welcoming. Everyone said hello and was super nice. I feel sorry for everyone who gave a negative review, they must be real a$$hole$ who expect to have a red carpet rolled out for them and be waited on hand and foot. It's Holiday Inn Express for God's sake! Enjoy the comfy bed, eat a huge breakfast, and go on about your day. Check out the Fogon restaurant across the parking lot--food is amazing.

Exceeded Expectations! This hotel far surpassed our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service. The included breakfast, while a typical American style, provided everything we needed to fuel up for the day ahead. The variety and quality were more than sufficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A standout moment was when we requested extra towels at 2 AM, and they were promptly delivered with a smile. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience!

The only area for improvement is the elevator. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, but the elevator feels quite old and doesn't match the rest of the hotel's aesthetic. Updating the elevator would enhance the overall experience.

The breakfast area was so clean and well stocked. I watched clean up after breakfast and was very impressed with the way every surface was cleaned. I enjoyed the dove products in the bathroom.

The bathroom vanity and cabinet could have been cleaned a little better. Lots of splatters of what looked like toothpaste or soap. Side table by window seat was wobbly and leaning.

The location was good. The Room was way beyond what I expected it to be with a very comfortable bed and AC to freeze you to death no complaints about that at all. The room size was great as me being a solo person it was just right. The staff was very welcoming from the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out. Even Housekeeping was welcoming. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of things to select from to fit anyone's needs.

The wifi was not the greatest and not really good cable tv to watch.

Our room has water damaged walls that were quickly fixed just to turn over the room. It smelled like mildew as soon as you walked into the room. And the carpets were stained and probably not cleaned for a while. The hallways were hot and humid. No A/C at all. I guess save money where you can. Our stay was minute, but overall, I'd rate it a 7.5/10. I'm just being honest in my review.

I love and like everything for the facility it was clean it was on point it smell good the bathroom was cleaning in the lobby breakfast was great in the morning the pool was clean the front desk was always there when you needed them I enjoyed my stay with my family plus the rooms have microwaves and little refrigerators I like the little separation couch from the room area

Close proximity to places I seek

On my first night the bed wasn't comfortable, I started to experienced back pain, something which I didn't have in a very long time. But after awhile my back pain subside and I felt better. Also, the the air conditioning in the room sometimes was very loud.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, My room was clean and comfortable and i was able to hook up to wi fi with no problems,

I wish there was a place close by for dinner. When you dont have a vehicle dinner is a problem as there was no offering there. 1 of the elevators went down the day i arrived and it wasnt fixed when i left. It made getting up and down more of a problme.
