The staff was very nice the price is good the room is nice it includes fridge and 2 flat top burners the customers are also friendly

The day the elevator went down and was checking out walking down with plenty bags isn't easy and because it was weekend the technician wasn't able to come ....but I feel like a technician suppose to work in place all week or even if on call on weekends

It was nice clean it smells so good in the halls

Just the people that is living there is gone to bring it down sound like they was dragging furniture above me but when I come back if 225 is available that’s the room for me the toilet was just very small but in all I love this place it is definitely a must stay again

Comfortable nice bathroom Lakeview

Floor was not clean. After my shower looked under the bath mat and it was dirty so I took the towel and passed it through the whole room super dirty and still not clean after I passed the towel

Clean and quite surrounded by a lake and free parking.there are many restaurant and a good brewery a few minutes walk.all the people working there are really friendly and help full.everythig was all right

I liked how spacious and clean the accessible room is. The bed was comfortable and soft to sleep on. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about my one night stay at the hotel. The hotel is 8 to 10 minutes drive away from the Hard Rock Stadium. There's a Dunkin Donuts right across from the hotel (as close as walking distance), there's a Shell gad station near by as well. Near the stadium there are stores such as Walmart, Dollar General and other locals stores near by. I also like that it's a smoke free hotel.

I didn't like how much I had to pay for one night which as $175 total. I guess being as though there's a kitchenette included and it was on weekend that was probably the reason. I didn't get any silverware or dishes as well. Probably because I was there for one night, they didn't think it was necessary which I can understand.

The location

The Bath towels were not immaculately white - some were dark white had to.go downstairs to.the reception to change them. The blanket under the the bedsheets was torn. I was shocked to.see that + saw a roach in the bathroom.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful with anything that was needed.

Elevator wasn't working while I was there.

The young lady at the front desk was awesome. Her system was down but accommodated us in a timely fashion and was polite and very helpful. I would return if needed.

Pillows were uncomfortable. Too small and flat. An extra bath hand towel and extra floor towel would have been great.
