At the beginning we were assigned a room on the second floor so we heard the karaoke downstairs that they told us it does not happen all the time. Due to health reasons, we asked to change rooms and Jaqueline at the reception helped us a lot. She was very kind. In the new room we were able to have a good rest. The bedroom was spacious and the little kitchenette was very handy. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. On the weekend they had fresh pancakes and on the weekday they had other alternatives. The shopping malls are close

Around the hotel there is not much. there is a restaurant in the hotel but if you want to go somewhere else you need to take an Uber. It was too hot to walk.

Great! Would prefer single serving container of Chobani yogurt instead of family style serving. Prefer each individually packaged for to-go option and general sanitation etc. Loved that a person was able to serve and aid during breakfast rush. The person serving at the hot food station was amazing to see and interact with. Front desk staff (all employees!) was easily approachable and happy to help.

No option for individual single chobani yogurts. Would have been more willing to have yogurt if provided individual packaged sealed yogurt cups versus large pint that is shared/served amongst other guest. For health and sanitary purposes.

Spacious room and very comfortable beds even though the room itself is not very welcoming. Bathroom was very clean and very well equipped. Had complimentary water in the fridge which was nice. Breakfast was decent enough.

Breakfast can be chaotic when too many people show up at the same time. Dirty plates and cups everywhere, all seats taken, several food options empty, no bowl to find etc. Prices in the snack shop are horrendously high. In our opinion the hotel is a little too steep for what you get. Be aware: the drive to the airport today took us 30min.

Everything new and clean. Free wine and cheese on afternoon. Equipated room and good staff and breakfast.

I asked with time for a surprise birthday for my husband. I called to the reception and talked with a manager on same day to confirm. And he promised a little gift or something for surprise and never came. .. so that was disappointed because he said he gonna take care of that.

Great bed and well sized room. The restaurant is fantastic, with wonderful staff.

The sofa was old, uncomfortable and unusable. The black out blind in our bedroom was broken when we arrived so our room was dark for the whole 4 day stay. We never received any housekeeping, we specifically requested it one day when we were heading out of the hotel. But on our return 5 hrs later it had not been done.

Excellent breakfast, very good space with very good full kitchen, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. The booking photos could have been better taken, as the place is much better than the photos appear. Free parking on the property without any difficulties, the only point that could be better is that it is further from the center of Miami, but close to several shopping malls and outlets. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Is the second time we visited the hotel and in this oportunity we noticed our Executive room we did not have the dinning table . in that type of room is necesary the stain still pan cook are not good to cook simple things like eggs, the get stick create burn a fire alarm goes out etc

The staff and the facility made us feel very comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was very good. It was definitely a great choice and will be more than happy to stay there in the future.

Super clean, they clean the rooms every day, the breakfast is varied and complete, super good location, all the employees are super friendly, they always have hot coffee, water, fruit and tea at the reception, I recommend it 100 percent.

Staff, location, free parking, heated pool, basic and nice amenities, and very good continental breakfast.

A bit outdated and price.
