The time set for breakfast is to early at 7am and ends early as well 9am. Breakfast menu needs to be improved. The location of the hotel is in an excellent location as it is very near to shopping malls like Dolphin, Miami Mall. Close to places to eat.

Breakfast time to be extended and menu improved. There needs to be additional parking. Owing to periods of rain, the hotel group should consider installing/constructing a covered area for guests to either be dropped off or be collected by their vehicle without getting wet. We we arrived it was raining so had to wait to come out of vehicle.

Close enough to Miami airport but far enough to not hear constant planes. The room was large enough for 3 adults and 2 children. Room had a well stocked kitchen. Very modern. Free parking. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Pool and gym with complimentary towels. Check-out is at midday.

Breakfast only served until 9am. No room service. The air con was very loud. The lights and TV didn’t work when we arrived in our room so I had to call reception who then told me there was a master switch he’d forgotten to tell me about.

The hotel was very clean and the room a lot larger than expected. It had a full kitchen and workspace along side the bed and bathroom. It has everything you would need for a longer term stay but I was only there overnight and didn't get to try out the breakfast though it smelt wonderful as I was leaving.

There wasn't a lot you could walk to from the hotel but that was my own bad research so not something they can help.

Brand new hotel with big rooms. Good beds, nice kitchenette and a great living room equiped with a huge TV. Good Breakfast and a nice swimming pool, a good laundry and a fitness center. Perfect location near Dolphin Mall and International Mall.

Rooms should be clean every other day, however we were already 3 days without this service. Just after claiming twice, we were able to have someone cleaning the room. We have stayed 5 nights and they have juts cleaned the room one day.

Very clean. Very nice room, they provided enough towels, toiletries, and bedding. Breakfast was good. Lobby was clean and employees were friendly. Offered water while waiting for our room to be available. Quit area

There wasn’t anything close by (restaurants) to walk to. But hotel offered shuttle service. We did not use it, but nice option to have. We had rental car.

Location is great for both shopping centers and the airport - the shuttle service is great!

Breakfast area is small and a bit crowded. A few more tables would be nice, and maybe extend the food area so you have room to move around while gathering your food items (overcrowded). Service personnel at the breakfast were great!

I can see why this hotel gets high ratings. Rooms are bigger than all hotels at the same price. Nice little kitchen, plenty of towels, a vanity mirror next to the bathroom. The bathroom was also bigger than all hotles at this price. Many restaurants are near to this hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and took time to help us print a document we needed, super friendly morning and evening staff.

Breakfast was plentiful, but some of the things, such as eggs, were not very tasty, bland, or breakfast. But it's included, and there are a few other options in this morning breakfast.

Situated close to the airport and Dolphin Mall. Staff were excellent and the hotel was spotless. We were allowed to check in early after coming off a cruise, which was much appreciated. Free shuttle to the mall and airport was a real bonus. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Would definitely return again.

Good breakfast, tho it was repetitive, helpful staff. Shuttle Service saved us an Uber bill.

Rooms weren't serviced daily, i stayed at other residence inn's snd they were cleaned and refreshed daily. This one wasnt. I wish i could have my stay points transfered to Bonvoy Account.

Very clean, beautiful, new, good queen beds and bathroom. Amazing shampoo. I love it all. Perfect for families. Fully kitchen.

Sofa bed. The structure of the sofa bed causes a lot of discomfort, as the mattress is very thin. There is no way to sleep well on the sofa bed. This issue needs to be reviewed.
