Staff is very friendly and location is extremely convenient - near the airport, next door to a mall and with lots os dining options nerby. Beds are really confortable and the toiletries are pretty good (all Dove, no wierd shampoos that don't rinse properly). Breakfast is great, with a decent ammount of options to choose from.

We stayed at this hotel twice during the same trip - upon arrival and before catching the flight back home. On our first stay, the room was excellent, perfectly clean and well kept. On the second, however, the room appeared to not be as clean and our minibar looked a bit worse for wear. Also, the pancake machine was broken during both our stays, even though they were more than 10 days appart. Finally, I wish they had a half-day stay option. We had a later flight and, although staff was incredibly accomodating (they allowed us to check-out later and stored our luggage), a half-day stay would have been welcome. Obviously, none of this would prevent us from staying again.

Location is across the car park from Miami International Mall. It is also a short 12 minutes walk from Dolphin Mall or 2 bus stops away. Other shopping within a 5 minute walk from Hotel. The breakfast which was complimentary, was decent: eggs (scrambled, boiled, omlets), sausages, oatmeal, muffins, fruits, teas, coffee, juices, toast, croissants etc. I didnt have to purchase water as the ice machine also dispenses drinking water. There were also 2 complimentary bottles in the room upon my check-in. The room had a safe so I could have stored my valuables. Also in the room was a mini refrigerator and a micro-wave. Front desk staff very helpful. I would definately stay here again.

I want to thank you for your patience on my late reply. Our experience was perfect in every single way. Location is wonderful, near every single place we needed to go, many different access roads and 1streets. Quiet, we were at first floor and we did not even get any type of noise during the night. Personnel and notifications, all clear and always with a smile. Room had everything needed to feel like home. Breakfast, complete and wity enough options. Price for the money: the correct one. We could not use the pool but we did the free parking lot.

If there was a gold medal for hotel stays, the Holiday Inn Express Doral would snatch it faster than you can say "room service"! From the 3rd to the 6th of March 2024, my wife and I were living our best hotel life, and boy, was it a blast! The service was so amazing it could make a grumpy cat crack a smile. And let's talk about breakfast, shall we? It was like stepping into a culinary wonderland, with options galore and an automatic pancake maker that could rival any breakfast magician. Clean rooms? Check. Friendly receptionists? Double check. We're already spreading the word faster than gossip at a family reunion. Trust us, if you're ever in Doral and you're not staying at the Holiday Inn Express, you're missing out big time!

The breakfast was very nice, and the room exceeded my expectations. The location is really nice for shoppers (International Mall is at walking distance and Dolphin Mall is within 1 mile), and Miami's center can easily be reached via the Turnpike.

Not a big issue, but the room could have some basic cutlery available. Having a fridge and a microwave is surely nice, but this was an important detail when I have had to eat a frozen meal for dinner.

I liked the location, it was literally a stone throw away from Miami International mall and 5mins from Dolphin Mall. I enjoyed the shopping.

The breakfast scrambled eggs were very fresh in scent, I couldn’t eat them. You’ll need to add a bit of lime to kill the freshness before cooking. The air conditioner was a bit difficult to adjust I had to take It off completely and put it back on when the room was too warm. We need more tv entertainment, the channels were poor. “Netflix and chill”

Breakfast could be better, ran out of things but were replenished when we informed the staff AC didn’t work correctly on room 316 but worked on 502.

Location is very close to Miami International mall and close to Dolphin mall. Loved the breakfast and rooms were comfortable. Free coffee 24/7

Wish we were offered water besides on the 1st day of stay only. Would have benefited from shuttle services and luggage scale.

Excellent beds, quiet rooms (airplanes in distance), amazing breakfast with loads of choices, friendly staff, pool and fitness centre, next to Mall amd restaurants, hair dryer and iron in room. Good sofa for relaxing in Room. Comfortable space for playing luggage

Taxi to town was 90 USD each way! Place is a bit far from town. Took me 25 min on a Good day to get to town and cost me 90 USD.
