Very FRIENDLY & HELPFUL STAFF from front counter to the ROOM MAIDS. Stains on couches should be cleaned & REMOVED not pleasant or hygienic . TV RECEPTION NOT GOOD AT ALL. Up grade on bathroom DEFINETLY needed .STEP IN BATHS are OUT & Dangerous! WALK IN SHOWER AMUST!!! Loved the space ( but that came with a price ) breakfast more than adequate. Not keen on plastic cutlery & Paper plates ( very shabby) Perfect parking facilities Location EXCELLENT . This was a Suit for 5 days and sorry to say very expensive for such outdated suit. ALL The staff as mentioned were ABSOLUTELY FABOULOUS .

So as mentioned above , OUTDATED SUIT , STAINS ON COUCHES and COUCH PILLOWS , OUTDATED BATHROOM , DEFINETLY NEED TO REPLACE STEP INTO BATH with WALK IN SHOWER. VERY POOR RECEPTION on TV. SHAME ABOUT PLASTIC CUTLERY AND PAPER PLATES /CUPS For breakfast .

Location... Location... Location... a short walk across a sometimes busy street then across a car park and your in the Dolphin Mall. The breakfast was a fabulous, hot, full American breakfast, not the basic carbs and coffee. Instead, you get eggs (done differently every day), bacon, sausages and an assortment of pastries, breads, cereal and fruit. Due to dietary restrictions, I normally book a room with a full kitchen, and this hotel is perfect with a dual burner stove top, full-sized fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The Cost is too high... The only issue is due to the great location, you pay hundreds more than if you stay at the Hampton Inn just a few blocks away. If we were not just overnighting I would have stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn.

The room was superb and the location was excellent for shopping. I really liked the breakfast as well, and the hotel's structure in overall is nice too.

Not a major concern, but the WiFi is actually free only if you opt into a Hilton program of some sort (free of charge, but requiring a registration with your e-mail address). Otherwise, you are subject to eventual charges. While I am ok with registering into the program, hotels that offer "Free WiFi" do not pose requirements like this, and I think that should be disclosed beforehand.

During our visit in early August, my 10-year-old son and I had an amazing experience. The level of hospitality we received at the hotel was exceptional. Every day, the hotel emanated a fresh and inviting scent, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering convenience and easy access to everything we needed. I cannot think of anything negative to say about our stay. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and well-trained, and their warm greetings, using my surname, always made me feel valued and welcomed.

The staff are efficient and friendly and never show that they are tired or exasperated by the many questions. Breakfast was good, compared to other "breakfast included" hotels. The hotel was very clean, smelled awesome and housekeeping was consistent and efficient. Fantastic value for money.

The wi-fi kept dropping. I also received numerous requests to join Hilton Honors, even after joining it.

Checkout attendant was great and helpfull. The hotel is in walking distance of Dolphin mall. The one bedroom double queen is large enough for a family of four.

Check-in was a mess. I think it took approximately 45 minutes to check. There was a problem with their creditcard terminal. After many tries and terminal restarts I asked to pay the deposit in cash. The attendant was not communicative and actually didn't respond to my question to pay in cash multiple times and just retried the credit card. In the end he just handed me a paper to sign for the cash deposit (not saying anything). Afterwards he just placed the room key card and two bottles of water on the counter, still not welcoming me. This is the first time I encountered a check-in like that. The knives were dirty and dull.

This stay was awesome. The hotel is sooooo clean and fresh. Rooms are immaculate. The breakfast is great, a wide variety to choose from each day. The staff are niceeeeeee. Shout out Mario from the Kitchen and Jefferey at front desk. Close proximity to Dolphin Mall which I love. Homewood I hope you keep up this good work. Would highly recommend when going to Miami.I I don't even usually leave reviews but this is one for the books. LOVE IT!!

Nothing everything was perfect.

The hotel is clean and at an excellent location where things are close by , dolphin mall is walking distance , dollar tree, CVS and lots of restaurants near by .Loved the entrance , the hallways are so spacious , the hotel smells lovely thus making it a very refreshing experience, the buffet breakfast is a 10/10, lots of options daily and they keep switching the menu around a bit .

I think the price we paid for a 3 star was a bit expensive. The shower pressure was not to our liking and wished they had a hand held in the shower .

Breakfast was excellent compared to others.But we all didn’t enjoyed the fact that we needed to ask always for something that has finished like fruits. Replacement was super slow. And also the time schedule for someone on vacation was not so good. 9:30 is too early to end a breakfast.

The hotel was out of shampoos and conditioners, and out of body wash. All bottles were empty on our room and staff said the hotel was out of it. And the breakfast schedule.
