The hotel was clean, spacious. The staff was incredibly kind and accomodating. The beakfast was very nice, with options for a continental breakfast and a la carte. The variety is big and the service fron thebstaff excellent. Theybare chil friendly, read very accomodating and patient! I also ordered a bunch of packages to the hotel, which arrived prior to my arrival. The staff took excellent care of these. Lastly, we ordered a crib for our baby in advance. The crib was nicely assembled in the room when we checked in.

You will definitely need a car to go anywhere from the hotel, the location is somewhat secluded. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it needs to be reserved in advance and is not per say available then, as it may alreadt be occupied. Thus although advertised as having a shuttle bus available, it is more like a bus that is a taxi with fixed destination. This means that the hotel is quite secluded and you are very dependant of a car. Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, other than that there isn't much to do in the hotel and definitely not in the neighborhood.

I highly recommend this place! From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome from Keila. She greeted me with a big smile and even gave me a delicious warm cookie – such a lovely touch! The hotel's location is fantastic – close to everything but not too close to disturb your relaxation. The room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable, relaxing space to unwind after a busy day. Overall, the standout feature of my stay was the staff. Rooms were nice, comfortable bed, good location close to the airport, and with free parking

I didn’t like the fact that I was charged twice for this stay, because they couldn’t accept the virtual card I used during the booking process. So a pre-auth was charged a few days before and then I had to pay with another card in the hotel. At the end the situation was resolved, yet I had to wait 1-2 days. Lastly, the air conditioning in our room was too noisy, and we were charged for an expresso during breakfast (and the waitress didn’t tell us there was a cost associated).

Very clean and lovely staff. The front desk person Eric was amazing! He made our whole trip and we only saw him for two days!

We kept asking for 3 bath rags and they only gave us 1, I went down multiple times and they told me they would send more and never did.

The staff was tremendous. We arrived early and they worked to get us into the room. Additionally, there was an incident with an elderly handicapped person who encountered difficulty getting into her Uber. The staff rushed to help her and provide comfort. The room was huge, well furnished and very comfortable.

The bathrooms are falling a bit behind the times.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I was quite unwell in the morning with food poisoning (nothing eaten at hotel) and they allowed me to check out late at 2pm which was much appreciated. Beds were super comfortable, huge room and TV, small but nice pool area and restaurant/bar area was very nice. A bit costly to get to from airport using taxi as We only stayed 1 night, location was close to 2 big shopping mall. Would stay again.

I liked the room, lobby, free warm cookie, hallway was clean and bright. Location/Area was quiet, safe, clean and chill. Family friendly but also mature, I didn't see any kids or randoms running around. Towels were nice and so was the bed. Love the long mirror in the closet door, very helpful.

The water pressure of the shower could have been stronger. Toilet seat felt slim or small.

Staff is exceptionally nice, helpful, smiling. Room is huge although it's showing its age. Breakfast offers delicious fruit. Really clean everywhere. Location very close to Dolphin Mall and International Mall. Excellent wifi if you pay for premium.

Definitely needs fixed and handheld shower heads, water pressure not great but maybe it's the old shower head. Room service ends up being expensive, better to eat at the restaurant.

Everything was neat. Staff very kind, just in case someone needs it they do speak English and Spanish. Room was comfy and super clean, we got clean towels each day. Location is a little bit far from downtown Miami and beaches (30minutes drive) but it was fine. Also very very convenient you have free parking, that was a 10!! Aaannd of course we got chocolate chip cookies as a welcome <3

Staff were ultra friendly, helpful with advice, service was excellent. Room and hotel itself was clean, good food options. Close to everything, mall across the parking lot and shuttle to others nearby.

There is no guest laundry on property. Had to haul our laundry to a neighboring hotel with which they thankfully have an arrangement.
