One thing that stood out for me was how clean the environment was . The room was very Morden, loved the complimentary breakfast and the fact that coffee is always available in the lobby day or night. While my stay was just one day and night , I really enjoyed it here and definitely would stay again.

Upon check out i realized i was charged twice for my stay , when I spoke to the front desk clerk , he said it had something to do with bookings.com, the front desk Manager overheard the confo and came right after to ask what the issue was. I explained to her that I had pay before arriving but just got a second email stating I was once again charged. She did some checks and ensured I would be rem bruise and deeply apologize. I truly appreciated her efforts and the effectiveness of which she did things even emailing me after to say the reimbursement was sent. Even though this was no longer an issue for me I had to let the hotel know that Ms Denise Ward was extremely helpful and in doing so has made me feel at home here and somewhere I can trust for future stays😊

Room was spacious and clean; bed was really comfortable, breakfast was good; had a 3rd party booking issue at check-in with the room I reserved, but girl at front desk was very pleasant and went above and beyond to fix the issue. She also gave us a coupon for a free appetizer at local restaurant so we tried it - and let me tell you - YOU NEED TO GO! Nothing to do with the hotel - but try Divietos Ristorante - and get the tableside alfredo sauce - O!M!G! Everything that we tried was 🤌👩🏻‍🍳💋!!! It was also within walking distance of the hotel!

We were only there 1 night - arrived around 6pm and left the next morning around 8am. Everything was good - no real complaints. If I have to mention something (b/c this thing is saying 2-3 sentences) it would be that more milk choices are needed on the breakfast buffet - especially for those that are lactose intolerant. We were the first ones there so maybe it hadn't been put out yet - but also still wasn't by the time we left. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

The room was well designed, with good quality furniture and nicely arranged. The air conditioner worked well, bathroom was very good with new appliances. The shower was great. What i liked most was the gym (they call it Excercise Room I think), with two fine treadmill machines, a walker, a bicycle and some weights. Simple, but had all what is needed, with grest air conditioning, water supply, towels, etc. It made the difference. The laundry was very useful and practical. Location is great too, if you want to be in Doral. Several restaurants on the same place, a gas station, all made our stay easier.

Breakfast was ok but not great. Some days it was better than others, but it was particularly short on the green/healthy side. Not a big problem anyway.

the receptionist that was a lady didn't explain nothing even charge me 20 dollar with out telling me notice when i was in the room. I think it was because the deposit they charge she gave us the key and not even told us what floor or number we was going be we saw it in the key. only said u have free breakfast 7 to 10. Didnt explain how to do the check out because is different depend the hotel how it work. i had to ask the next day..Didnt ask her she was rude.

Denise the manager was great and nothing was too much trouble. There's a free breakfast which was a good surprise. The room was clean and well equipped, the pool was clean and there were plenty of places to sit in the sun.

A bit of a mix up with prebooked taxis but apologies given right away. The TV in the room was broken and took a couple of goes to get it fixed but wasn't a big issue. It's a bit remote for tourists and more info on the free trolleys would have been useful but we got there in the end!

The hotel is near the Turnpike, the room is clean and spacious, we loved the layout of the room. There's a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sitting/couch area, cool bathroom and our favorite the TV swivels to any part of the room.The stores and restaurants are not that far from the hotel and the breakfast was okay, wil stay here again in the future.

Nothing really, the elevator are a little slow but we still loved the hotel.

I loved everything about the property! It was quiet, clean and welcoming. Will definitely be back soon.

It wasn’t the property I disliked, it was more of breakfast. I would say when serving breakfast and it’s pork, have the staff label it please! I’m a turkey eater. Stop eating pork 10 years ago thank God I asked other than that. Everything was beautiful.

I liked how nice the cleaning staff was and how maintained it was.

The times for the pool on the information document in the room was incorrect. The bar was never opened. The staff downstairs in the front desk were not very nice except for a young gentleman.

The location to restaurants and grocery stores was really nice for our stay.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the bar in the hotel wasn’t really a bar .so we couldn’t come back after a long day and have.a few drinks ... there was weird charges to open bottles..

The property was very clean and the staff were very nice! There a lot of restaurants and stores nearby so you don’t have to travel far to get things you need.

If you intend to visit Wynwood/South Beach frequently, the property isn’t very close. I’d recommend getting a rental car if that is your plan or you will end up spending a lot on Uber/Lyft. Also, Doral is a Spanish predominant area. So if you can’t speak/understand Spanish that is something to consider. Staff members at the hotel were bilingual for the most part. The property is good for families and group trips.
