I didn’t expect my stay to be a good as it was with the Bar in lobby and restaurant near the pool that is everything you need food was amazing bartenders are amazing staff is amazing was very pleased even other hotel guest even joined in to play a round at the pool table great vibes

When I turned on the shower there was a horrid smell that rose from the drain, staff with radios at 100 while walking up and down the halls in the early hours of the morning woke me majority of the stay the mini fridge was unplugged and had a smell like something had spoiled inside

The front desk staff were the best. Our first and last interaction was with Kai, and from the start throughout our stay he made us feel welcome, and he served us with an enthusiastic, positive attitude. The hotel has a great location with lots to do onsite and in the immediate area. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when we are in Miami.

There wasn't anything in my experience to not like.

Good location, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

I was not pleased with the housekeeping during my stay. On one day, they didn’t make one of the beds. On another day, there were not enough towels for all the guests. Yet another day, there was no carpet for the bathroom floor. Additionally, they came to clean the rooms around 5 pm, just as we were returning. Overall, the service was very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The establishment itself was very stylish and upbeat.

The room was not as clean as expected. The floors were a bit sticky and couch in the room was nasty. Seems like the previous guest/s spilled or “had an accident” on couch and this was not cleaned. It was not reported as it was only discovered the last day of stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar had good food and was very convenient as was the breakfast and snack bar.

Language barrier was difficult at times, which resulted in our room not being cleaned at times. Some days we needed to just have the rubbish removed but it was difficult to communicate that. However, they did an excellent job when it was done.

The staff was friendly from top to bottom, every single person. 10/10 for cleanliness! The property was well maintained inside and out. The bartender at W XYX made the best drinks! Great experience and would definitely stay again

There was not a good offer of breakfast, it was just 3 selected plates and sitting down at the lobby. Should improve having a place determine for meals

After staying at your hotel on a monthly basis for the past year, please don't put me outside the the trash removal - noisy/loud and frequent guest should have better room selection.

I am always impressed with the service at Aloft and the location it is near to most of the areas I frequent in Miami.

The lobby usually have functions karaoke,live music etc.) for guests but this time around it was a little more quiet than I'm use to.

I did not like that the pool closed at 8. I had to try an rush back to the hotel each day so my daughter would have had some time to swim in the pool. The times need to be adjusted
