The breakfast menu was not up to the ordinary customer standards and needs to be reviewed. The room was very good and the staff warm and they made us feel at home. The room was cleaned daily and your hotel has a very good compliment of dedicated staff. I hope management observes the value of your staffs dedication especially the cleaning personnel and the front desk.

Well, the breakfast at your diner was a vast disappointment , very limited options. My wife ordered wheat bread with fried eggs and cheese one morning. I observed that she received one single slice of bread that was cut into two for a breakfast. I mean I could have accessed a much better similar sandwich outside the hotel with more bread and cheese for less half the price. I was no longer interested in having breakfast at your diner during my 8 day stay.

It was literally a few steps away from the Saks entrance of the Dolphin Mall. Extremely convenient for shopping and dining. The room had a fridge and microwave which were used daily and very much appreciated.

Perhaps the hotel would consider adding a daily complimentary continental breakfast buffet.

The staff was very friendly. We had a meal that evening pretty late and the gentleman who made our food at the café was very helpful and went over the top to make sure our order had everything we needed. My daughter and I wanted to split both of our orders and he gave us extra plates and utensils. The gentleman the following morning at breakfast was very kind as well.

My 13 year-old son slept on the couch and could feel every spring in his back. Also, the mattress was stained. Luckily the kids didn’t see that. It would’ve been nice to have a thick mattress pad or the mattress needs to be replaced. We doubled up the brown blanket that was provided as a base and it was barely doable. I should’ve called down and asked for extra blankets for padding, but we were too tired at that point.

We loved that it was within walking distance of the mall. We felt safe on property. All staff was nice. Room was comfortable and clean especially the bed that was nice and soft. Hot water didnt take long to come on for shower either. We were expecting a fridge in room but not microwave. So that was a bonus. The mall patrol cars that carried us to the mall for free when it was raining at times. We will be coming back again in the near future with friends and family

The rooms are not soundproof and the planes flying over every minute was so loud.

The property was in a great location, and it was a beautiful property to drive up to. It’s right near dolphin Mall literally in the parking lot which gives you a lot of options as far as food and also drinks and just something to do and shopping of course. The bed was very comfortable, and it was basically a quiet hotel. The staff were amazing and over-the-top, generous with customer service, and how they treat people that are there at the hotel. The customer service topped everything and made the experience perfect because of the way the staff went above and beyond for me several different times to accommodate my flights and allow me to stay very late in the day because I had an evening flight which was greatly appreciated, and they also let me check in early because I got there early. I also love that they give complementary water because so many hotels no longer do that so that was great. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room too which is a bonus.

There was some rust in the bathroom in the bathroom was kind of dated, but it was clean. Really that was the only issue and that would not prevent me from staying there again because their customer service was absolutely amazing. It’s not a new hotel so the rooms are somewhat outdated but they’re very comfortable. The beds were comfortable, everything was adequate that was in the room as far as you know, the TV, the microwave the refrigerator there was a nice couch in there so it wasn’t horrible.

This is my third time in this hotel, we take an overnight in MIAMI between international flights from Central America to Europe. We stay at this hotel with the sole purpose of shopping at the Dolphin mall. This hotel is very clean, comfortable and close to the shopping center. Only 2 minute walk to door 4, you walk safely through the parking lot. Its very safe and well lit at night. Super clean which is a huge plus!! They also have drinks and snacks in the lobby. Light cooking cafeteria available.

I like everything, except that every year the same room gets more expensive like everything else in MIAMI!

I chose this hotel because it was located in the same area as Dolphin Mall! We only stayed for a short while for my graduation and also so my family and I could visit around for a few days, and majority of our day was spent outside visiting restaurants (food, yummy) and malls, and also visiting downtown and brickell. It was very convenient to be in walking distance of such a huge mall like dolphin, and the parking lot was very large! The room was nice and clean, too. I gotta say that the customer service is excellent though! They responded to any inquiries I asked and resolved any of the small problems I had right away. Very friendly and helpful.

Nice place to stay in Miami. We had the King room and it was spacious and clean. The staff were great and housekeeping was always available, asking us if we needed anything. The hotel is right across from the Dolphin Mall so it's great if you want to do some shopping while in Miami. There's also a number of restaurants in the mall.

Although we knew this when we booked, the only thing the hotel lacks is a free breakfast. There is though a restaurant on site.

The location is perfect and I always come back here when visiting Miami. Its close to the mall and there is food options available and entertainment at the mall so you are saving on transportation here which is not needed. The room was clean and also comfortable and the staff was very helpfull

Maybe that the water could be hotter in the bathroom when taking a bath but thats just a personal choice

Simplicity and easy access to Dolphin Mall

Room service could have been a tad bit cleaner. Carpets were rarely vacuumed. I understand that there are personal belongings of guest lying around but for a guest who made sure that nothing was in room services way I expected the carpets to Atleast be vacuumed daily.
