The location was great! The complementary breakfast was good. The kitchen has bunch of stuffs, which was great! The customer service was great too.
Rooms were little small and sofa bed was too noisy to sleep.

I loved everything they had to offer
I did not like the fact that when I booked the room it didn't say anything about 350 deposit. No where and I read fine print. It needs to state that when booking.

I always stay in this hotel when I'm in Miami. I appreciate that it's an 'older' style hotel, but the size of the room is great, it's clean, I love the kitchen facilities and the staff is very helpful.
I usually use the hotel gym for some cardio, and the gym here is very tiny, only 3 cardio machines and I think 1 pair of dumbells, so maybe the gym could be a bit bigger.

This is the first hotel I've stayed in Miami that had a very friendly and helpful staff - thank you for that. I will definitely be back when I visit Miami again. The room was a great size, the kitchen was excellent, big fridge, I was happy with the hotel facilities
I liked everything, staff was very helpful. The business centre printer didn't work but the receptionist lady offered me to print my stuff at reception. Great service. If I really want to nitpick then breakfast could have been a bit more varieties.

i really liked the kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms.
There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like about the property except for the women that worked up front the day we were leaving we asked her if we could stay another night and she yelled at my husband and said no, no more its booked. She could of been respectful and nice about it and she didn’t have to yell at him. we had to find another hotel to stay in for another night.

Very good for the price! Clean, didn’t see any issues at all and I always check before sleeping in a hotel. Bed was comfortable.
The only thing negative was we had 4 people staying and they only gave enough towels/wash cloths for 2 people.

I loved how it felt like home. I loved how the staff was friendly and accommodated all our needs.
I didn't like how the shower water pressure was so low. The TV volume didn't work in the living room.

I love my room that they give me it was wonderful. And it was on the first floor that i requested. When ever i come back i would like that same room again please.
Your need new washers and dryers. None of them are working and it is not fair to me who pay all that money to stay there. My room was 111 and they need more big pots, can opener that works the whole kitchen utensil is very important.

The room had 2 bed room and a sofa bed. That was great for what I was looking for. It was about45 minutes walk to international mall and a further 15 minutes to Dolphin mall.
