The breakfast team is very friendly and welcoming: perfect for waking up in the morning.

The carpet in the first floor corridor is a little worn (it must surely wear out very quickly).

Friendliness of staff was excellent. Comfortable rooms and beds. Had all hotel amenities at our disposal for the seven days . Close to restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy all within walking distance.Will stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

TV/cable needs upgrade.Internet service was poor. Better breakfast choices is a must. Entrance and Hallway of building had a musty smell,but wasn't unbearable. Otherwise clean and well kept. Disappointed that in the height of summer the pool was being renovated.

The room was clean and tenge bed was comfortable. The AC was working properly and we had to complete control of it. (some hotels don’t allow you to put your preferred settings on the AC and sometimes the AC will turn on and off all night long, which is highly annoying, but did not happen in this case, which was great)

The property claims to include breakfast. When you go downstairs and ask for the breakfast, they will give you a choice of yogurt or fruits and one drink. It’s not a true breakfast, but more snacks than anything. This was highly disappointing as one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that breakfast was included for the price. We ended up walking around the corner to a lovely Cuban café inside the mall next to the hotel.

Everything was clean, up to date, bed was comfy, shower was hot, staff were friendly, temperature control in the room worked great. I felt it was a good value, not a bargain but not super-expensive, for a hotel that is nice and clean in a safe and convenient area (grocery, convenience stores, restaurants right nearby).

No serious complaints. A sign declared that the outdoor pool was closed, even though I couldn't tell why. (Maybe it was just too "cold" out - 75 - for Floridians to consider swimming?)

The front desk was super Friendly and very helpful. I can’t say the same for the housekeeping staff.

The housekeeping staff weren’t the most helpful. I had to force all of the garbage I had into a small outdoor trash can while one gentleman stood off to the side & watched and I had to carry all of my work totes and bags because when I asked about a luggage cart the housekeeper couldn’t speak English.

Good quality stay for the price. Definitely a deal compared to anything in the area. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Room was decent and clean.

Lack of responsiveness of front desk. Requested wash clothes multiple times and was promised they would be delivered to our room. After a couple tries we had to go to the front desk to get them ourselves. The individual that checked us out was also not very friendly but we didn't have any problems otherwise.

The location was nice and quiet and peaceful. The room was good size with a big couch and king bed. Good sized bathroom too biggest one I’ve seen at a hotel like this which was cool.

The front desk check in guy wasn’t the best or most helpful. Also nobody mentioned and it wasn’t posted anywhere that the pool was closed. All the chairs to lounge in the sun were in the pool area aside from two so we couldn’t use those either unfortunately.

The staff were very polite and offered assistance when needed. The room was clean … it was the ideal location!

The property was well suited. Bookings.com wasn’t accurate. They stated the hotel fee would be $600 with taxes included. I was shocked to find it was over $800 for that same reservation which I had NOT allowed for. I’m surprised usually Booking.com is more accurate as I’ve worked with them plenty of times. Perhaps I might leave the middleman out next time and book directly with the hotel. The hotel adjusted reservation.

The hotel itself and my suite was nice. Rooms were very spacious.

What I didn’t like that much was the location . We stayed there because of proximity to Hard Rock Stadium and the Taylor Swift concert, but the area itself is not very pretty.

Exceptional breakfast- I love their Egg sandwich with a nice cold orange juice added. (The best) Their inside rooms/ beds are always comfortable, and spacious. Also the property is kept clean, and had space to walk around and to enjoy the amenities. The staff is always so pleasant and welcoming. Thank you to the staff and property manager for a pleasant stay. I look forward to more bookings.
