Always the best! Close to everything I need. EXCELLENT STAFF!

I love you guys but what is happening with the wash/bathing towels & HAIR?? I found small hairs on two of the wash towels.

We lived the pond & all the varieties of animals. Also we lived the breakfast & dinner offered at the hotel restaurant. The staff was great & very accommodating. We stayed due to evacuating home from Hurricane Milton. Thank you. A big shout out to Sasha who worked the bar & restaurant. Brent at front desk was awesome.

The staff were fabulous!! They were extremely helpful and friendly . Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were good. The dinners were very good. Special tanks to Jennifer and Fatima, but a very very special thanks to Brent !

Kesha at the front desk was amazing, her customer service skills are stellar. I arrived early and she did her best to get my children and I into our room as soon as it was available after a long cruise.

Well I spoke to someone about my early arrival and they lied and said since I am a Hilton Honors member I could check in whenever I arrived …. But it wasn’t so bad the lobby was very comfortable and Kesha showed us where we could sit and watch television while we waited there was cold water and snacks available right in the lobby.

Quiet and great location, friendly & attentive staff, the comfortable beds and general layout of the rooms. I loved ALL of the amenities in the room. And although I was unaware of a parking fee prior to my stay, it was very affordable at $5.00 per night.

The 3 day room cleaning policy. While I travelled solo and had two beds, I would have loved to have fresh linen daily. The hot water after 3p.m is non-existent on the 4th floor. Best showers are best had in the morning before 11:00 a.m.

the frigerator didnt get cold. when getting close to it and opening it, the inside was hot and didnt really cool the food/ drinks we out inside. there was a part frozen with ice, but the fridge wasnt cold. needs to fix the mini fridge in room 215

Room cleanliness. Peace and quiet

The parking fee. I was not aware of a parking fee . Especially for a parking lot with public access and no security.

Breakfast was good. However your staff member Fatima made it excellent. She was genuinely attentive, sincere, and happy. It was a great way to start my day. She is definitely an asset to your staff. I cannot say enough good things about her.

The service, location and room was excellent. I love the clean and comfy room and bed. They greeted us and had a warm welcome. Just what I expect from Hilton. Amazing room and staff!

Breakfast was the only thing that was not good. For $14.95 you should have a much better breakfast than that. There wasn’t even orange juice (real orange juice) anywhere to be found. This was the only disappointing thing about the hotel. Too much money for that poor quality breakfast. Used to be free too!!

It had a restaurant and bar on the property.

The location through me off I thought we would be closer to the airport and beach. The bathroom was okay but there was lime scale at the drain, it gave me the yuks.
