Marvel at the front desk was amazing! Her personality just shined every time we saw her. We decided to stay another day and without hesitation Marvel went to work and was able to get us a room similar to what we had. Your bartenders in the late afternoon were fantastic and so much fun!!! The pear martini is so good and always consistent!

I would say general cosmetics of the rooms. They were clean, however there was some wall paper rips in certain places along with lumps of plaster on some walls (bathroom).

Old fashioned and dated but very pleasant stay. Place clean and spacious. Smell was nice throughout hotel. Restaurant had delicious food and views of waterway. Breakfast choices were excellent! Gym efficient.

Dark rooms with dated design. With a little upgrade no carpet and light colored room would depict the waterway beauty. Must confess if you do not like the sound of boats and bridges this is not the place for you. We are boaters so we were not bothered.

Breakfast was very nice quality just too expensive. Location is OK, just wasn't expecting it to be so close to a fly over dual carriage way. Very noisey indeed. I asked for a quiet room low floor. Got the highest floor overlooking the fly over. And there was building work going on so drills and hammers. Went out to get away from the noise and the flyover.

Staff on reception, miserable greeting, staff member was not in the right role. Never smiled once. Was very uncomfortable. Not a nice start. Some of the bar staff were nice.. Justin was friendly at the bar.. that was about it.

Overall a great facility with wonderful staff. Courtney greeted us and was very pleasant to work with. Tynisha worked with a little pickup we had regarding breakfast and was very pleasant to work with during the checkout process. Rooms were extra comfy with a great view. Overall, this hotel is great for the price given the area.

Only downside was multiple sites said this includes breakfast, but that was not the case. Tynisha was nice enough to give me vouchers for each of us ($15 per person). Granted a breakfast there is closer to 30 with the orange juice and stuff but it definitely helped. I called booking.com and their agent told me that it was their mistake, not the hotels and we're going to credit me 26 bucks in addition to the $15 per person the hotel gave me.

The location and the view is great beautiful sunset sunrise overlooking the channel. It was incredible. Love this place.

A little pricey, but you get what you pay for it was worth it. I loved staying there and will stay there again and have stayed there

I was on the 6th floor facing the inlet. I watched boat traffic come in/out and watched the draw bridge open several times. From my balcony I could see the open ocean and I sat outside after dark and relaxed.

Parking is an issue at times.

The balcony and view were wonderful. It was great to watch the boats go by and enjoy the view. The art was also great.

The fact that we lost water for 3 hrs one day was such an inconvenience. And the kitchen needs attention. No plates or silverware was a hassle.

George the bell hop was super welcoming, our room was beautiful

Hostess at sea spray was rude. Pool had no towels. When we asked how to get towels bar tender said they would bring them out- we were in the pool for 1.5 hours and staff never brought out towels.

Very attentive to us! Location was great.I loved that we could sign out beach chairs and umbrellas.We had a wonderful time at the beach.The valet guys were so kind and helpful with our luggage!

No negatives from us!

The location was fine. Being in the shadow of the bridge was a bit odd, but seeing the water was nice. I did not go to the beach but I heard it was walkable.

Parking seemed a bit expensive, given that I've stayed at other comparable resorts in Florida where parking was either gratis or quite inexpensive. Overall the property seemed fine, though not special.
