I loved the location of this hotel as it was right by the beach and walking distance to the main area of town. It was nice and quiet for the most part, although I did have noisy neighbors for a couple of nights. The staff is very helpful and friendly and answered all of my questions. The price is great for the area and much cheaper than the larger hotels close by. There is a pool for swimming and laundry machines available for use as well. Great value in a very nice location.

I did not have any unpleasant experiences and have no complaints other than noisy neighbors for a couple of nights. The wall of my room was thin and I could hear them talking and playing loud music until late, but this wouldn't have been an issue if they weren't so loud, especially after 10pm.

First of all I’d like to start off by saying how kind and welcoming Debbie is, she makes this place super homie and warm welcoming , she goes above and beyond for her guest. The grounds were kept clean and and nice , pool was warm and beautiful.. beach is literally right across the street Fort Lauderdale is a 20 / 30 min drive down the coast…. Me & Partner will be back. This is truly a hidden Gem we LOVED the clean cozy villa. Thank you so much Deb & your staff. 100/100

Sea view in the 2nd floor which was unexpectedly good since it is not first line but it's in the middle of road to sea, easy to park, rooms, heated pool, small area downstairs taken care of with pool and mini golf, all clean, one just practically has to cross the road walking to be in the beach, and can walk through the sand to major restaurant areas, although this area of deerfield beach is very quiet and nice

cleaning smell a bit intense once you enter in the room and small pool but you are near the beach so doesnt matter that much

The first impression was Debbie, the property manager. She was great. When we needed something Debbie took care of it right away. Made us feel welcomed. The king studio room was very clean, bed was comfortable with a nice walk-in shower in bathroom. We spent time hanging out by the pool and the atmosphere was very relaxing. A lot of very nice people stayed here at Ocean Villas. It was like a community and felt very comfortable in socializing. Additionally the location was very convenient to the beach. Just walk across the street and walk about 500 feet and onto the beach.

It’s a minor issue, and the coffee maker with the coffee packets were not satisfying for a hot cup of coffee in the morning. We had to go to Publix to buy Folgers and filters to make a good tasting cup of coffee. I would suggest getting coffee and filters for this type of coffee maker or get a keurig with pods. Otherwise we loved staying here.

Location is perfect! Villa has extra amenities like beach chairs & towels for use. And if your room is lacking/ missing anything you ask Deb & 9 times out of 10 she is providing if at all possible.

Our particular room wasn’t as great as last years. But what we were missing was provided to us immediately after asking Deb. The only thing we didn’t mention to her was some ok the electrical outlets in our room were busted, broken or wouldn’t hold plug in it.

Easy to get to and parking on site, 2 minutes walk from the beach. The economy double room was compact, and only had one bedside table, but that's to be expected and the price was excellent for the location. Everything was clean to a high standard. Check in hours were short, but the hotel contacted us in advance and provided a lock box for access outside these times.

The 'welcome' letter was not very welcoming, just a list of charges and things that were not permitted. Perhaps alter this to a bit of information about about the hotel and area with a warmer greeting. If necessary a summary of charges could be on the back. Lighting in the room wasn't that great.

This was my second stay at Ocean Villas and I will definitely be back. Debbie, the property manager, is exceptional and the property is meticulously maintained as are the rooms. Having a small kitchen is a real plus. Rounding out the package is the 3 minute walk to the beach which happens to have a full washroom facility and lifeguards right at that spot. Many restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away along the extremely well presented Deerfield Beach boardwalk.

I can't think of anything I would change.

Large bedroom, comfortable bed (slept very well with earplugs). Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, stove, table and chairs. Updated bathroom, nice shower and vanity. Very large closet room. Property mgr, Debbie, is superb, very organized, friendly, quick to provide for guests needs, just the type person you’d want as a guest.

1. A lot of smokers. Hard to get away from the odor outside of our room although the rooms themselves are smoke free. 2. Property is located on A1A, so had to wear earplugs at night, due to noisy motorcycles and pickup trucks.

Very clean room. The bathroom seemed new. The bed was comfortable. The location is great: very close to the beach (a couple hundred meters) and just 10 minutes walk away from a couple of nice breakfast places.

The most bothersome thing was traffic noise, as the property is close to a fairly busy street. Luckily I had my earplugs with me. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but that is a minor thing.

The location was perfect! It is within walking distance to the restaurants and shops. A 5 minute walk to the beach with facilities, which you can see from the property. We were pleasantly surprised to find that towels and chairs were complimentary during our stay, The room was comfortable and relaxing. Having a full kitchen was a major plus. Debbie the property manager was very accommodating and super helpful.
