I want to thank Ashley Brooke for an absolutely awesome experience!!! I would give Ashley Brooke twenty stars if that was an option. In all my years of travel I don’t believe I have been treated with more kindness. We arrived early and they prepared our room for us so we could access it early. They allowed us to use their beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach while they were working on our room. Every interaction was positive. I can’t wait to bring more family to visit Ashley Brooke. I already know where I will be staying next trip to Deerfield Beach!!!

No negatives

This is an old motel that has been lovingly modernized and kept fresh, clean, and comfortable. While not directly on the beach, it's perhaps a seven minute walk away, and the hotel lends out beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a selection of sunscreens and insect repellents. The vibe is quiet, cozy and relaxed.

Beyond the beach and a nearby shopping area, there isn't much "to do" within walking distance. That's perfectly fine (even ideal) for people who are looking to unwind with a quiet beach stay, but people looking for for a lively vibe might prefer another area.

My friends and I just visited Ashley Brooke Beach Resort this past weekend , and I was mesmerized to see their cozy accommodations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The owner created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like we were staying at a family member's home. The Resort location was perfect for exploring the local area, and the owners provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it for sure. can't wait to stay here again!

The staff is amazing and accommodating. The rooms are older but clean and smell nice. Gabby does an amazing job cleaning the rooms before everyone’s stay. It’s a two minute walk to the beach. We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been great. Beach towels are provided by the motel. Staff always checks in on you if you need anything, they are very helpful. The deluxe studios are the way to go!

We were greeted super friendly by Emre the host, the check in went super fast and was absolutely uncomplicated. The hotel is beautifully laid out with a pool and plenty of seating in the courtyard. The rooms are also tastefully furnished and super clean. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need. Another positive aspect is the location, just a short walk to the promenade and the beach. The hotel also offers everything you need for the beach, from umbrellas to chairs, towels, sun protection, etc. Parking is free in front of the hotel. Emre himself is super friendly and is always available if you need anything or have any questions. All in all we can only say that we felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. We are already planning to return here in December and it will definitely be the place to be for us on the east coast of Florida.

there is nothing to complain about

The room was a nice size and the kitchen had a good selection of kitchen wares and dishes. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were both good for the shower. The AC unit kept the room comfortable. We did not hear noise from either neighboring room. The pool was clean and heated. The staff were friendly and able to accommodate our late check in and luckily a late check out as well. While we didn’t use them, the manager did let us know there were umbrellas and chairs to take to the beach if we wanted.

We didn't eat at the location but we sure will next time. From the time I checked in was amazing, I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the very nice man who not only checked us in but took all of our belongings to our room. When we walked in our room we were blown away the room was fabulous. Decor of the room is amazingly beautiful, everything you would ever need to cook or if you wanted to bring your food back to the room there's a full refrigerator, stove, microwave, real dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Beds are comfortable my mom loved the quilts so much. The floors are so beautiful again everything about this hidden gem 💎 and the price was the icing on the already amazing room. Can't wait to comeback just for a relaxing weekend.

Smell of weed coming from the other rooms. There seemed to be some shady long-term renters that possibly were subsidized. Definitely not vacationers.

The owner/manager was very nice, personable, helpful, always available. Beds were comfortable, air was cool, and the whole place was very clean. I was very happy to have a full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, sink, full fridge), plates, bowls, cups, silverware. I didn’t make any meals but you could because there’s pots and pans and casserole dishes too. Coffee pot and toaster also included. Tv was a Roku tv so we could watch whatever we wanted, big size too. The pool was very nice, very clean, we spent almost the whole day in it. The walk to the beach took maybe 5 minutes, it’s just across the street. I was so sad to leave, it was such a nice stay.

Pillows were a bit too flat for me but I can be picky with pillows.
