This place is so close to the beach and town, I didn’t drive my car at all. It has a pool too. The place was spacious and the couch was comfortable too. I like having more than just a bed so the living and dining areas were a bonus. Having a kitchen is great too. The pool deck has lots of chairs and I enjoyed sitting out there at night.

The kitchen was a bit lean on items. They need more utensils and dishes. Salt and pepper would be nice 😊. Also a lamp in the living area is needed. I couldn’t read my book in there at night.

Quiet, Steps to the Beach and Pier, Plenty of options to either cook or eat out, 30 min from airport and inter-miami futbol stadium, Not too far to Boca or Drive to Miami for the day, wifi good for working. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. A lot of upgrades look like they have been done and are being done, no complaints really, very cute place. Was able to get a lot of work done, especially since the weather was so terrible and the living area was very comfortable.

There isn’t central air, and since the weather is very bad in Florida, the little air conditioner in the wall/window is not the best and it is very loud. Bathroom floor and shower hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, so i just swept and mopped the bathroom floor and cleaned the shower,

Beachside Apts is a very nice place to stay in. It's clean inside and out. The unit I stayed in was very cozy with nice furniture and simple home decor that makes sense. It literally felt like it was my own apartment. Everything you need for the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, and doing laundry is available. There's so much they offer you; it's hard to complain about anything. The pool was nice, and I saw it get cleaned more than once in the 5 nights of my stay. Now THAT is a very good thing! And so, I highly recommend this place and will use them again and again!

Close to the beach but a nice comfy pool if you didn’t feel like getting sandy…we didn’t even need to rent a car. Was super quiet everyone was respectful, neighbors were friendly. Close to walk to Oceans 234 (where I used to work when I lived here!) jbs touristy stores like beachcomber Whales Rib.

Location was great. And it was a nice comfortable room

When I emptied out the garbage the garbage pals were dirty from past guests. And you could put an ashtray outside so people don't throw butts on the ground.

Overall we liked everything except the AC filters were duty and I had to clean to use. The location is great very convenient.

At first they sent us the wrong code to access the key box and we arrived late at night, we had to contact the hostess to get a different code.
