The manager came into the breakfast room and gave us a pleasant greeting for everyone, and wanted to know about us and our stay. This was very impressive. The breakfast staff were efficient and courteous. The front desk staff was top notch, especially Queenie. They gave exceptional service, and made the process extremely easy. Only the bathroom on the main floor can be checked more often for cleanliness. Otherwise everything thing else was Top Notch!!

The facility smelled fresh throughout. The room was modern, clean and well thought out. The shower was spacious with great water pressure.

There was some mix up with housekeeping during our 3 night stay, resulting in us having to wait in the lobby about 40 minutes for our room to be cleaned upon returning from the beach. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating, and did what they could to make it right. One housekeeping member was rude when my husband asked if our room was to be cleaned that day. The bed pillows were small and too soft.

The breakfast was delicious, and the Property was very clean except in front of my room door, I asked for it to be clean but it wasn't other than that I was very pleased.

Just in front of my room door was very Dirty. with trash.Don't know where it came from.It was like that when I checked in Ask for it to be clean , but it wasn't.love it.

Extremely clean and comfortable room/bed. The breakfast was also very nice and the cucumber water that is freely available at reception was outstanding! Great WiFi speeds as well!

The room wasn't ready when I arrived, but the lobby area provided a nice place to work with good WiFi connection and speed.

I love the location of the hotel. It is right off Interstate 95 and close to so many dining places. I truly love how our studio had two televisions. So while I was watching my dramas, my other guest was watching whatever they had interests in watching. The room was very spacious and gave a nice view of the street and small lake near.

I do wish the hotel had balcony.

Was very well this hotel, I really liked because just price and everything was 5 stars. Breakfast was great and juice was delicious.

The room smelled like cigarettes, so I had to call the front desk to clean, they came quickly and cleaned the room, removing some of smell.

The staff was exceptional. Went beyond helpful, in particular, Miss Beja.

The pillows, however I'm sure if I took the time to ask for a change, I'm sure they would have accommodated us.

Super clean, everything was brand new. Really REALLY comfy bed and a great spacious room. Will 100% be back

Would have liked a couple more healthy options for breakfast- maybe some sort of chopped fruit or low fat yoghurts

It was new modern and clean, enjoyed the comp water and chocolate chip cookies. The staff was pleasant.

The room was freezing and we couldn’t turn the fan off. Had to call front desk because toilet won’t flush, the gentleman that came to fix it late at night was very friendly and fixed it fast.

We needed to change date and the manager was super helpful. We really appreciated the service. Front desk clerk was so friendly. Very comfortable stay!
