My stay here was great. I checked in around 8pm and the gentlemen at the front desk was really nice and he was also there at check out in the morning. Breakfast was decent with a lot of options, which my daughter enjoyed. I was unable to use the pool while I was there since I checked in at the time it was closed and checked out before it even opened but I asked the front desk If I was able to come by after work to use if for a bit since I promised my daughter that we would get to swim. They agreed and even provided towels for us. Really nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and good rates. I would definitely stay here again.

FPL transformer blew due to storm we came late at night because husband is 24 hour ozegen. Next day they posted it wasn't going to be back up until 8pm. I went and booked another day. At 3pm power was back in our home. Went back to try to cancel and was told that's not how we do business. So I left and sad the hotel still charged even though they could have rented the room again. So checked in at 11pm left next day at 3pm for 190.00

The cleanness of the room

The staff extremely rude and upon booking I asked for a late check out when it was time to check out I called up to the front desk to make sure that the late check out was a go and the lady at the front desk was very rude I don’t see nothing here for that request and so on and instead of her trying to resolve or accommodate me she chose to pretty much ignore it

Had a problem with the key card .. it did not work .. counter person did help with activating a new one right away and sent the maintenance person to my room to check the battery.. it was OK .. no problems after that .. I have stayed there before and would continue to stay again in the future .. great location and staff is always friendly and room is clean and comfortable….

Convenient location friendly desk clerk, Sandy. Very clean bed and nice room. Amazing hair shampoo/conditioner and relaxing bath tub to soak in. Yummy breakfast Pool was dirty and in need of fixing up. Landscaping needs clean up.

Pool was dirty and cement chipped. Landscaping was in need of TLC

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Price was reasonably. Breakfast was included, it was ok.

The only issue I had with the hotel was that the breakfast had no meats. It would have been nice if there was bacon, sausage or ham. Hotel could use some renovations to the grounds and walkways.

The Wifi in the room 409 was consistently dropping this was very disappointing.

Good stay, fast and convenient. Very safe. Little bit noisy at night because of the main road is right next to it. But overall comfortable and friendly staff.

I had an amazing time room was nice. The front Desk was awesome. The lost and found even had my items from a month prior.

The only thing no sausage for breakfast or bacon

facility is lovely, very clean, nice design and colors, "so Florida :) ", I will recommend it to everyone
