The staff was friendly. The location was perfect by restaurants and shopping and close to Disney World.

It’s definitely dated. The shower was odd. The rooms are very small and the furniture is big. We actually moved the table under the desk so we could have more room for luggage.

We had end room on top floor and was quiet. A lot of places to eat around motel.

No bedside light, not enough outlets and didn’t know we had local channels until we asked desk. Then got a tv list which should have been in the room.

My mother and I stayed here for 6 nights while visiting Disney World. The room was spacious. Although it's a bit outdated, that didn’t bother us. There was a light that flickered initially, but it stopped after a few minutes. Room cleaning was provided every other day, which we found reasonable — all the essentials were there. There was a small gap between the door and the hallway, so we were a bit cautious about insects like cockroaches possibly getting in, but we didn’t see any — which shows that the place is kept clean. The AC was excellent — just what we needed to stay cool. We used the dining chairs to set up our suitcases, which worked well. There were plenty of parking spaces, and we never had an issue finding a spot. The location was convenient, with a 7-Eleven and McDonald’s nearby. Many other stores were also close, either a short drive or even a walk away! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

No suitcase stands available and the rooms are outdated, and it would be great to see them renovated in the future.

This hotel is the only one in all of Orlando and Kissimmee where you feel right at home, that's my opinion. The owner is on another level and I recommend everyone to go to Destiny Palm, his 5-star hotel because starting with their honesty, they are number one. I absolutely love it because they will never overcharge you. They are all fair! Thank you for accepting us into your beautiful hotel. I found out late that there was coffee! But it was delicious! Nothing bad, everything was spectacular.

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem! Such affordable prices near the Disney parks and the rooms look beautiful! Plenty of space, beautiful furniture, clean and was just what my family needed! Disney is already so expensive, we didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount on a hotel either. This was perfect! Great location too. We would definitely stay here again! The staff was very kind and went out of their way to provide us with so much understanding and assistance when our daughter got sick and we had to leave earlier than expected. Keep up the great work Destiny Palms! I would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Great location, all the staff were very friendly, really comfortable bed and absolutely massive, rooms come with a filter coffee maker, microwave and a fridge plus a good sized TV, the showers were nice and hot, towels changed frequently so no issues there

The showers could do with an update, and having some sort of net curtains or something similar so you can have the main curtains open and it still be quite private, these are really minor issues that don’t detract from the people/property

LOCATION, VALUE AND COMFORT! The hotel is conveniently located near Disney World and a good value! The bed was very comfortable! The staff were totally amazing! They were friendly & kind and made our stay comfortable & absolutely WONDERFUL! They catered to our every request!

OUTDATED! The property including the parking lot and hotel furnishings need updating. The exterior of the hotel needs additional lighting, parking lot needs resurfacing and trash needs to be pickup in the parking lot … especially the area facing McDonalds.

We love this hotel so much and will return whenever we visit Disney World and other Orlando parks! This was our second stay...our first stay was a week before and we had to leave early since our daughter got sick at Disney World. We drove back a week later to continue our Disney vacation and were so warmly welcomed by the staff! The staff is so fun and kind and friendly. Especially Gloria at the reception was so wonderful and kind to us and helped us so much in our situation with our daughter getting sick! and the hotel manager is the friendliest kid-friendliest outgoing wonderful manager we have ever met! He went out of his way to make our daughter smile! Gave her stickers and a pin and celebrated that she had a great time at Disney! Amazing people at this hotel. The room was so nice too! Comfortable beds, beautiful wood furniture, clean bathrooms, clean beds, clean everything. A perfect fridge to keep all our stuff cold. We felt right at home. We loved how even the reception had some fun Disney character decorations. It was a quick drive to Disney...quick drive up the road to any restaurants and stores needed...Walmart, Target, you name it. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We found our favorite Orlando hotel and will always return! The cost of this hotel is a lot lower than other hotels in the area, but the quality is just as high!!! It exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed! Thank you Destiny Palms for the fantastic experience!!!

Great value and location if on a budget Disney trip. Especially since you won’t be spending much time in the room when visiting the parks. No frills, just the basic essentials. There is no breakfast served, however, there is a microwave and fridge in the rooms. Beds and pillows are adequately comfy. Hot water and coffee is available in dining area.

Room was a tight fit, not much space for baggage. I think if they took the tiny table out, we could have a little room for luggage storage.
