We were lucky enough to be amongst the first people to use the resort which was amazing - everything shiny and new! The accommodation was stylish, well thought out and really very comfortable. The kitchen utensils/crockery etc were nice quality as were the fixtures and fittings. The bathrooms were well appointed and beautifully decorated with some nice touches like the well stocked ( again nice quality ) toiletries on the wall, the master bedroom en-suite bathroom was absolutely gorgeous with a shower that was beyond our expectation - most luxury hotels would find it hard to compete with it - well done Embassy Suites 👏 Thank you for the extra hall storage space ( great to hide suitcases etc ) and the full length mirror - I appreciate these are small details but they do make a difference. The pool and pool area are fantastic, clean, well equipped and both adult and family friendly. The reception staff as well as the various members of supporting staff that we interacted with were friendly, helpful and obviously pleased to be there. I observed that all took time to be attentive with guests… We’re due to visit the area again in a few months and will have no hesitation in booking Embassy Suites for our next stay!

Nothing really. The site overall is a work in progress but you can see that from the outset, only two of the five buildings are complete, it had no impact whatsoever on our stay. As the remainder of the buildings are completed there will be a level of construction work and construction vehicles in the vicinity, in our experience they had zero impact, they are cordoned off and do not impede the site in any way.

We spent 2 night at the Embassy Suites before moving to stay at Disney. We arrived late so reception was quiet. All the staff were super helpful. My sister dropped us off in her car so she took us to building 3 once we had checked in but reception did offer to take us and our luggage to the building on their golf cart so you do not need to walk if you are not hiring a car. We have a 1 bedroom king room which was very spacious. The bathroom was huge and the facilities in the room were excellent. The sofa bed was a double sofa bed which could easily fit a grown adult and was comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel had a lot of choice and there was also an omelette station if you wanted eggs to order. The pool was also very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. The kids splash park was a great addition, it is only small but ideal if you have young children. Our 3 year old spent a couple of hours there on our first morning and loved it. There are a good variety of shops and restaurants near by, you could easily walk there and it is also only 10 minutes away from Disney so a great option if you are looking for something offsite with more space. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel that offers more space and a free breakfast. I really liked that the resort fee was included in our booking rather than having to pay on top at the hotel. When we checked in the member of staff on reception did advise us that the resort fee would be taken out of the deposit you need to pay on arrival. When I explained it was already included in our booking this was quickly rectified and the full deposit was returned to us when we checked out. Just make sure you are not charged twice if you have booked a rate that includes the resort fee.

I liked the brand new rooms. We had the 2 bedroom and we were very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet in our building. The finishes were nice. Pool area was large and nice. We did not use it tho. There were many grocery stores, restaurants near by as well. Parking was never an issue. Staff were very friendly.

The property is too large for just one area for the free breakfast and cocktails reception. The rooms are spread out over several building and you have to walk to the main building for both and a million people. Also the required arm band made me feel like I was on College Spring Break. I'm 50. They offer free Island H2O water park passes during the stay. This place was sooooo dirty and run down. It was free but would never pay for this perk. HILTON would do themselves a favor not to be associated with this water park. Ł

Everything on this property was excellent. Breakfast was great. There were plenty of options. The evening reception was a nice treat. The pool was great also. The bar area by the pool was nice. The drinks were a little pricey but it was a nice place to get out of the August heat and have a cool drink. The rooms were huge. The bed was nice and comfy. The kitchens were stocked with everything we need including a full size refrigerator, range and oven. The patio was a nice area to sit and relax after being out all day. Troy and Patricia and the rest of the front desk were outstanding! We will definitely be back.

This is not a complaint but the evening reception could have had a few more snack options, but overall it was a nice treat. Nothing bad to say about this property.

The property was absolutely stunning. It was affordable while giving you a luxury resort vibe. The pool was amazing. every staff member we encountered had the best customer service I have ever seen.

because this is a brand new resort, I think they are still adding on amenities. My only suggestion would be to have pool service for food and drinks. We had to wait a very long time at the bar to even place our order because there was only two bartenders. This was the first resort where I haven’t had pool service where a waiter comes to your chair so that would be my only suggestion. We will absolutely 100% be booking again here.

Love the Florida decor...colors were amazing. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very modern and immaculate. The pool and outside bar was very nice. It really saved the day because you couldn't really plan for water parks during the day because of the rain. It would clear up for a couple hours the pour down rain. The pool was an easy option and you could have drinks and food there. Drinks were a little expensive but I don't drink a lot anyway.

This is a brand new property. I booked a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, living room and balcony. 1 room has a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds. We didn’t want to leave because it’s a really nice place especially with kids. They love the set up of the bedroom with 2 queen beds. The bathrooms are beautiful designed. We all hope this come back in Orlando for their theme parks and definitely will choose and recommend this hotel again.

Nothing, maybe the brand new smell(I don’t like brand new car smell,😅)of our suite but that’s not really a bad thing because brand new hotel is good, right? Oh, and I forgot to take photos. 😩

This new property is beautiful in every aspect. Absolutely love the environment and hospitality, 100%. I was in awe entering my room, immaculate, updated, pure beauty and the tv monitor display with my name added such a very nice touch. All the amenities including free parking and breakfast much appreciated.

I wish the pool would have stayed open until 9PM opposed to 8PM.

It was beautiful and our kitchenette room was perfect.

The electrical closet in our room had a motion light and every tome and every person who walked by that room set off the motion light and that was super annoying. Why is there a motion light in there? A regular on and off light would have been fine.

Breakfast was decent and the complimentary drinks each evening with snacks was fantastic. Rooms were massive and staff fantastic. Pool was fabulous also. Loved the h20 waterpark too with the kids.
