Good location Large room Clean Great pool

I went to Florida to visit a sick relative, but I didn’t want to inconvenience them by staying at their place, so I booked a room at this hotel instead. On my way there, I was a bit skeptical about its cleanliness—despite the good reviews—because of some bad past experiences. However, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern everything was. The room was so beautiful that I didn’t want to leave! I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in town.

The property was very nice and clean it was my son's birthday, and I surprise him at him last minute. He thought he wasn't doing anything. He loved it.

Your pool was very nice. I like that. It had a area for the kids to play games or family time. The only thing I did not like the Jacuzzi was not clean the hot tub.

It was in a convenient location.

Great place to stay on vacation. IF I had to say something negative it would be that there isn't more elevators. But there's stairs everywhere. It was just a pain lugging around with a few luggage's and bags to the elevator. There's nothing to really complain about besides MAYBE that.

When we got there the room was moist um but really nothing they could do about that, it was just extremely hot in Orlando anyways so really can’t blame the hotel

The location was great and the premises clean. They have a keurig coffee machine but ensure you bring your cups for it.

Great location and they iffer shuttles if you want to go to disney world.

This isnt a dislike but more of a beware they dont use keycards butninstead use door codes. So just write it down as soon as they give it to you.

The shower had plenty of hot water!!

The room had a musty smell to it. The front end told us they were replacing the ac units and apologized for the inconvenience.

The place is very quiet and very nice. I will comeback.

When I booked my room through Booking.com, there was no deposit fee for the hotel. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they charged me for a deposit fee.
