This is a remodeled motel, and they have done a generally good job at it. Room had 2 Queen beds and a couch that converted into a bed. We asked in advance that the couch be set-up and ready for our late arrival, and they delivered. Something I truly liked was their app to manage the entire stay. Super easy to use, all the information in the app (Wi-Fi code, hours of operation of the reception, of the pool, where and when to put the trash out of our room if we needed that taken care of...). Another great feature was a live chat that will connect us with their team, without the need to be present or go in person at the reception. They will answer pretty fast, and always be nice and accommodating. I really, really liked their app. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, but they were in front of our bedroom and they looked really nice. There were also a few vending machines with snacks, drinks and things we could need for our stay. Parking was free, and that was appreciated. Also, the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal. Well located, and in a calm area. This was our first experience at a Sonder hotel, but we will definitely look for this specific chain when travelling again.

The only thing that comes to mind, is having to pay an extra $20 to have our room cleaned. We did get new towels, but we had to go get them at the reception.

The location was OK. I didn't expect it to be super close to either attraction park but it was a bit of a distance from supermarket or restaurants. Actually, I did like walking to and fro Target twice during my stay, so it worked out well for me (BTW, it's a 30 minute walk)

I stayed for 10 days and there was no housekeeping service available. I liked that no one was entering my room but I wish I could have had the option for making up the room. But getting extra towels was easy (I need to ask at the front desk, but they were super friendly!!).

Torn shower curtain, was led to believe i must pay for parking- there was a big empty free lot out front. Big gap around the door, room was fairly dark even with all the lights on

Great place! The room is big enough for three people. One thing I really liked was the check-in system — super easy, fast, and hassle-free. Getting in and out of the hotel was smooth. There was always someone at the front desk ready to help. The hotel offers free coffee and tea pods, and you can swap towels whenever you want. If you're on foot, there's not much to do nearby, but if you have a car, it's close to Disney and lots of restaurants.

The room is a bit dark, and since the window is large and faces the hallway, keeping it open affects your privacy. The kitchenette could have a few more items — besides water and a microwave, it would be nice to have plates, cutlery, and maybe a toaster

Outstanding value for money. The best budget hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, very comfortable and modern with a brilliant range of facilities making use of modern technology. You can login to your usual streaming services on the TV. How cool is that?!.

Walls and ceiling sound insulation isn’t the best. We ended up with quite noisy neighbours. I’m certain that we could have moved if we’d complained but it wasn’t that much of an issue for us.

The room was a great size for the price. Plenty of places to sit down. The restroom was a nice size. Nice to have the microwave and refrigerator. TV was also a nice size. All in all had a great time. Great place close to every thing.

TV remote battery cover kept falling off. some of the USB plugs did not work. But enough of them in the room to make it efficient. Other then that no complaints. I would stay there again. And or recommend to friends and family. One other thing the enterence could use some curd appeal maybe more plants, trees and some color lighting. Front sign could be a little Bigger and more inviting. Loved my stay thanks. GOD BLESS. .

Very clean hotel! Think Danish design. Soft lighting and extra large room and bathroom. Counter space was long and multifunctional. Coffee tray has pods, a kettle and a bottle opener if you need one. Fridge is tiny so don't buy too much. Microwave is large. Lovely place. Pool is open till 11:00 pm ...lots of time to use it after the park. There is a small exercise room, towels for pool, an outdoor space with patio lights and two charcoal grills. There is no restaurant but there is a cracker barrel right next door. Also across the street there is a great lobster crab boil where you can have lobster for $21. Lastly they have vending machines for laundry medicine etc plus snacks. PS. They have very thorough bug control. I saw the way they clean included spraying rooms, grounds and under mattresses too.

Fridge is tiny. Great bedding but mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

Changed room at the outset as poor location behind access stairs and noisy music around the pool. Generally too techie to the detriment of service. No person at the front desk a lot of the time. Had to use mobile phone to make contact. Much messaging by text. Rooms are generally not serviced. Trash arrangement poor - you leave it outside your room for collection before 9.00am. The main trash container seemed to be left open at night inviting critters. We were on the 3rd floor and found a cockcroach in the bathroom on two occasions.
