Location, amazing bed, appliances work, shower is great, super spot clean, modern feel… for the price they charge, it’s one of the best deals in the area!

There’s no chair in the room. I know it feels idiot, but there’s a microwave. Then you need to eat in your bed! That doesn’t make any sense. I had late nite pizzas and milk/sandwich for breakfast. Fridge and microwave are lifesavers but you need to eat sitting in your bed. And you shouldn’t eat where you sleep for sanitary reasons, right?

The hotel's location was perfect for us since we didn't want to rent a car so we were ubering to places. The reason of our travel was go to to Island of Adventure in Universal, and this hotel was about only 20 mins from Universal. We went only to sleep and the night of the arrival we were able to find a lot of restaurant options in walking distance from the hotel. Totally recommend Sakeba Sushi & Grill next to the hotel. The sushi was amazing and we were able to get some Sake since we were not driving! Food was local, fresh and deliciuos. Also, we found a coffee shop called Juan Valdez aprox 5 mins walking distance from the hotel for breakfast, the coffee was delicious and the snacks as well. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. In my opinion this hotel is a great option if you want to save in your stay. The front desk girls were kind and courteous. They suggested few places around. Clean towels. Quite neighborhood. Tons of parking space. They provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Coffee too. The room is well equipped with hair dryer , tv, fridge, microwave.

I would like to address a few concerns from my recent stay: 1. During my previous stay, I had mentioned the need for bath mats, yet the room only provided bath towels—there were not even face towels available. This needs to be addressed for guest comfort. 2. Our check-out was scheduled for 11am, yet at 10:30am, we were almost ready to leave when loud knocking on our door startled us. Upon opening, a hotel staff member was about to unlock our door with a key and asked if we were ready to check out. She mentioned she was doing this in every room. This behavior is completely inappropriate—if check-out is at 11am, that should be respected. Guests should not be disturbed prior to that time. I hope these issues are taken seriously to improve future guest experiences.

What I like about the property. Number one it is surrounded by a lot of food and restaurants. Food trucks are available. Every type of food you can imagine is within the strip or mile radius. The facility was very clean no bugs or anything. The shower was hot. Any issues I’ve had with the rooms they allow me to, check into another room. The staff was very courteous. The Bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the fact that the facility had a coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave.

I only had two issues with my stay. Beware that it is a 30 minute drive from the airport. It was a 30 minute drive to downtown as well so unless you’re renting a car you’re going to pay a handsome amount using Uber. The water in the sink Would not continuously be hot. Sometimes hot ,sometimes not. For some reason, the TVs were not very clear (snow)and the channels were very limited if you’re looking for sports. do not I repeat. Do not put your door key next to your wallet or your key fob. You would have to go back to the office because it disrupts the card. even though they had towels, it would’ve been nice to have small hand towels.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and were absolutely thrilled! What we especially loved was the attentive service, the excellent cleanliness, the beautiful pool area, and the delicious breakfast with a great selection. The communication was fantastic as well – whenever we had questions or requests, the staff responded quickly and kindly. A big thank you to the whole team! We're already looking forward to coming back next year, and if possible, we’d love to stay in room 1208 again or any room on the top floor. Many greetings from Germany and thank you again!

I had a great experience staying here. The place is very clean and cozy, and it’s just about 15 minutes away from Disney World, which was super convenient. From the outside, it really looks like something out of an American movie very charming! The room was perfect for me since I was traveling solo. It was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The free breakfast was a nice bonus delicious, well-organized, and a great way to start the day. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and ready to assist. Overall, it’s a great value for the price. I’d definitely come back again!

Bathroom was SUPER CLEAN, room was simple but with everything needed, blackout curtain, quiet neighborhood, super close from parks, I wrote a message asking for cups in the room, but they didn't respond, but everybody in the Front Desk is helpful, quick in solving issues. great experience. Continental Breakfast, yogurt, bread, Danishes, coffee, and cereal, everything fresh and always kept in the cooler, which is nice so is within the temperature control zone.

Have in mind though that it is not a gated hotel, and anyone can drive or walk around which made me feel a little unsafe, nothing happened though.

Front desk person was very nice. The room was ground floor like I asked. The room was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The area was clean and in the middle of many places to eat but wasn’t crazy crowded. The pool was huge and that area was clean as well. The price we paid was unbelievable, I’ve not paid that for a hotel in many many years! Oh and there wasn’t a bunch of people just hanging out in the parking lot. It felt very safe. I also noticed they have a washer and dryer that you can use as well. Kinda cool

Didn’t have a trash can in the room… and I was offered late check out in the email but didn’t get it :( overall not a big deal, we really enjoyed our stay

This hotel was perfect, I was in Orlando for a 2 day conference and it was exactly what I was looking for. I really don't understand the bad reviews because I enjoyed staying here and I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my lifetime -- this hotel is just a simple lodge to rest your head at night. The hotel was clean, really nicely renovated, had a beautiful renovated shower and the pillows were comfortable. The location was perfect, in a very nice and safe area close to everything. And the price is just unbeatable! Will stay again for sure. The breakfast is super simple it had muffins, coffee, cereal and toast.

Everything was great, only one request to provide lids for the coffee cups so you can take it to go.
