Coming from Australia & booking accommodation is always nerve wracking. Safety was my #1 concern however I needn't have worried. From the first night being delayed by the airline, Stayable Kissimmee West was very on top of their communication with me regarding a possible very late check in. They staff were kind & helpful, the room was spotless & any issue I had was addressed right away. There were a bunch of restaurants within walking distance, not to mention 50 food trucks right next door & public transport a 5 min walk away. I highly rate Stayable Kissimmee West & would happily stay there again 🙂

Some of the neighbours were a bit loud past midnight. I'd ask them to remember that we're all guests there & have some consideration for others.

The location is great considering the price and accessible to almost everywhere. Very suitable for long term stay. Some amenities like the ooperating washing machine and dryer was not sufficient in numbers. Apart from this a designated place for smoking in the corners could make it more family friendly... I could have given full marks if the microoven could be cleaned. Noone came to clean though we inform the authority during our check in. Allert for Management: I noticed a roach on the bathroom floor during our stay. Considering the number of guests staying in the building the management should seek pest controll's help before the building gets infested.

Can you tell that the place was older? Yes Do you need to bring your own toilet paper & toiletries after the initial they give? Sure Did the AC work well? You betcha Were the beds comfy? 7/7 nights ✌️😌🛌🥰 How was the pool? Clean & warm 🏊‍♀️ What about the shower? Perfect Was there a smoking area? Yes, plenty away from any of the rooms but yet not too far at all. Noise level? We didn't hear anyone else while in the room the entire week and this was despite the fact that I'm pretty sure that the rooms on both sides of us were occupied most of the 7 nights we stayed here. Location? Absolutely perfect. It was a short drive to Disney World & walking distance to a bunch of food trucks, restaurants & shops (& by walking distance I mean within a couple of blocks, not like a mile). How about the cost? I'd say it was worth paying extra for pool view and yet still the best price around. Did we feel safe? It's like you're in your own little world back there and we had no problem walking around all hours of the day or night. Was it a perfect, resort type place? No, HOWEVER for less than $100/night to sleep, eat and shower it sure was perfect for us (Oh and we didn't even need to use the fly swatter we brought one time!). Anything else? So glad we found this little gem. My son lives in the area and works for Disney so we'll DEFINITELY be back! The only thing I can think of is there was a stain on one of the sheets but what are you going to do? A stain is a stain so, you just deal with it. I mean it's not like it's going to affect you in the least bit

Friendly staff. Clean room. No carpet, linoleum floors. Hotel wlgroubds were quiet. The fridge was larger than a "mini" one. Close to many different Orlando attractions!!

We weren't aware that people lease rooms to live in. Some of those people were a little sketchy. The beds were very uncomfortable. No one was at the desk when we wanted to check out. There was a sign in the door that said, "Be back in 30 minutes." I called the number on the sign, and the man said he'd put down in the computer that we checked out on time and refund my deposit. It would've been nice to get a receipt.

The room was remodeled, clean, and very spacious. Staff was polite. Easy check in and check out. Close to many things. The refrigerator was a good size with an actual freezer. You have a flea market next door that you can walk to with many vendors and food trucks. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Pool area was clean

No coffee maker, iron, hangers, or blow dryer in the room. Bring your own, and you will be fine. We were not told if the office has coffee for guests, but there is a Dunkin right next door. Pillows can be a little better as they were thin, or maybe if they add more in the room for those who like a better fluff. Besides the little minor things, the stay was great.

The property was clean. Check in was easy although it has a refundable deposit they don’t have those ridiculous resort fees. Bianca and Jason customer service was remarkable and the whole atmosphere was accommodating the flea market right next door fresh oranges and 50 food trucks the whole stay was physically highly recommend and the price was even better.

We ate breakfast at Waffle House, location was great specially they have food trucks next area. Gift shop Next area, and some restaurants . Near by Disney world , or it cost $ 17 by Lyft from the hotel or by car it took 15 minute. Food trucks have Spanish food, japanese food , mini donuts, etc.price not bad , taste good. We just walked from the hotel.

They don't have breakfast. But a Waffle house right next door. Neiber Hood is a Quiet and central location to a grocery store and a Pharmacy . Clean facility and outside and parking lot. There is also a Foot truck on the Property with great foot.

I could use a second Blanket. It got cold at night, and I got a second Pillow.

Space in apartment, lobby staff very welcoming, comfortable beds, good location

Absolutely nothing in the apartment - no cutlery or crockery, not even a little bar of soap to wash my hands. Also very noisy neighbours in 213 and further down the hallway who used to sit outside in groups till late most nights.
