The house was perfect for us. Group of 13, 7 adults 6 children, 2 weeks in Florida visiting Disney, Universal and Legoland. The place was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and all the facilities were in good working order. Location was good for us for the price, we used Lyft to travel to the parks everyday which worked our cheaper and less hassle than hiring a car. The basic cleaning products for us started and gave us enough time to go to Wallmart and get what we needed. The QR code needed to get in the estate could not be shared so taxi drivers had to buzz to get through, worth noting to let them know. Plenty of room for us all to be comfortable. The pool was great and fab to come back to after our busy days to chill out, put the BBQ on and enjoy our evenings. We paid to have it heated for the 2 weeks and it was worth it. The water park, restaurant and facilities on site were great, although we only visited once as we had an action packed 2 weeks. We loved our stay, would recommend and would return. Communication between the host and management company were great.

There isn't much to dislike at all. Some reviews mention cockroaches and we only came across a couple when food was left out, which is to be expected. We kept it clean, mopped the floors regularly after eating and it was fine. The cooker took a bit of getting used to, takes a while to get to temperature but once we worked it out, it was great. You can't just walk or pop to a shop for anything so planning is needed to take a trip.to wallmart or aldi, both only 10 minutes away.

This property is fantastic. The home was clean, there was plenty of space for everyone to move around, each bedroom having the en suite is definitely a plus! The neighborhood was nice for walks and the splash pad/park for the littles, and only a short walk over to the waterpark side. The owner and Jeeves were wonderful to work with, very timely responses and very friendly - answered any questions we had.

I was very pleased with our stay here! I was skeptical because there wasn't alot of reviews here, but i took that chance. We had a large family group (14) & the house definitely accommodated us all. Very clean. We used the kitchen our whole stay. The pool in the back was a bonus as the kids were playing throughout our stay. We visited Universal Studios & depending on traffic it was a 30 minute drive, which wasn't bad. Neighborhood was very quiet & had a security guard patrolling the neighborhood which I did like. Very spacious for a big family. I would definitely stay here again. We all enjoyed our stay here & I'm happy I was able to enjoy! Thank you!

I loved the club house and water park. Very convenient to occupy the kids and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Kitchen supplies were far better than I expected for cooking. Plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. Neighborhood was fantastic and beautiful. 2 dishwashers was very helpful.

The back door did not lock, the gate around the pool was hard to fasten. The latches were all bent. Several cabinet doors in the kitchen are falling off. The ice maker is not working right. Its over producing and leaking water all over the freezer contents ruining several items we put in there. There are no shelves in the showers for shampoo or razors. And there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Very unusual for Florida.

Everything was just as pictured. House was huge and fit us all perfect.

Pool wasn't cleaned & the bed in master bedroom is super uncomfortable!

This was the perfect place for our large family to stay! It was wonderful having the pool and hot tub right in the back yard. The kids enjoyed the water park also!

Overall was a perfect stay. We will be returning for later Orlando trips. Clean, neat and beautiful. The pool was beautiful and clean.
