I loved the pool area and play area for my kids, the room was huge with a large bathtub that my kids had a blast playing in. Refrigerator and microwave perfect for making meals. The breakfast was phenomenal and the hotel staff was busy but never too much to go above and beyond to help. I called down to ask if they happened to have a crib for my 16 month old they said unfortunately no but then a few moments later they called back saying they found one. I couldn't believe how sweet that even after they said the thought they didn't they probably went and searched all their rooms to see if they did. So considerate and it really helped me with my son as he is a handful. The grounds are well kept and we are So grateful to the staff for everything they really made the stay perfect. Great work

Nothing it was perfect

The location is great. This is close to what we come to visit so the convenience is awesome. The complimentary breakfast is really good and the dining area is always well kept. They keep a good variety of foods including the hot foods for the price of the room is a good deal!

The rooms always feel damp. Seems there is always a lot of moister in the rooms or something idk it’s hard to explain the cleanliness of the floors seem to always been an issue and don’t stay on the 100 hall or floor one (however you wanna put it) the dogs barking will keep you up allllll night.

The property was great overall easy to find, the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Katie at the front desk she managed to get us checked in an hour earlier than expected. Our room accommodated everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Breakfast was on time everyday and the pool and hot tub were clean and available as they were stated to be. The washer and dryers also worked great as well.

The property could use a few new updates, our door handle in the bathroom was held together by tape and the breakfast warmer currently being used is very loud and unstable. My family personally didn’t struggle with it but I saw other guest getting frustrated with it.

The doors to the rooms are nice and heavy. We got a King and Pullout couch and it was plush and comfy. The room was a nice size for a family to share. The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of attention to detail was noticed. The pool was a nice size and towels were poolside. There is a burger king, ice cream shop, dunkin donuts in walking distance! Its inland! Too many ppl on front beach road!

These prices for inland are still a bit too high. I wish I had a balcony for the price. Maybe incorporate free beach parking with each night to offset price complaints.

Everything was as expected, nothing bad to say at all with the facility or its safety and comfort.

What I did not like nor understand was on the reservation I requested a business invoice as always. Upon checkout, the desk person flat "REFUSED' to give me a receipt for my stay telling me "if you want a receipt, you need to get that from Booking". In all the year of doing this I have never been denied a receipt and still to this moment have yet to receive one. This will not happen again, I will not allow La Quinta nor Booking.com to screw me out of a reimbursement like this.

I I would like to give a special shout out to Antonio Brown who is overly helpful when we were having a snag in our reservation I will definitely come back over and over again and the young ladies at work that night also she went above and beyond so you have two awesome employees and I wish I knew her name I will definitely refer y'all to everybody I know and continue to come back and have continued to refer people to come to your hotel

The hotel EXCEEDED my expectations. The reviews were very accurate. I normally don’t eat breakfast at hotels, but I definitely ate at the hotel ( all 3 days of my stay). The location was ideal for us because we didn’t want to stay in the heart of everything, yet We were within driving distance of the attractions, restaurants, etc. It was the perfect location and place for my husband’s birthday getaway. We look forward to staying at this hotel again.

Just about everything . Beds were comfy, and room was clean . All the employees were very nice and helpful.

During breakfast the orange juice , waffles, and bacon were empty. There was bacon , and they kept making it so not their fault . It was just one guy who would take it all before anyone could get any . Every time they brought more out he was there to snatch it . Guess he was taking it home with him lol.

The beds were comfy and most everything seemed clean. They have waffle makers at breakfast which my kids loved.

The shower was awful. The water didn’t drain completely so you had to stand in about 2 inches of water when you shower and the shower curtain was way too short. I’ve never seen a shower curtain that short before anywhere. There was no way to take a shower without getting water everywhere because of that. Also the pool definitely needs a good cleaning. People have actually scratched words in their initials in the mold around the top edge of the pool which is pretty gross.

The hotel was amazingly clean!! Wynda (I believe that was her name) was cleaning throughout the hotel and I spoke with her. She was super kind to us. The entire hotel smelled so fresh and clean. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was so good and they had a very welcoming feel.

So for the bad... the fridge made a loud whining sound, but they did have maintenence come by the next morning and they fixed it. There was alot of noise in the hallway, other guests running and squealing through the hall, not that that was the hotels fault, but it made it hard to sleep through the night. The ladies at the front desk were kind of not so welcoming.
