The free breakfast was exactly what our family with 2 littles needed! Get there early around 6 or 7. Coffee was excellent. This hotel is a clean affordable option. The rooms also have small kitchenettes. Do not let the bad reviews scare you away from this property. I will admit after reading reviews I literally was checking in with my fingers crossed. Upon arrival I was so relieved. I have worked and supervised housekeeping at a resort in north Georgia, so I know exactly how hospitality services should be. This place was great. High five to Alex at front desk!! He was so kind and accommodating!! Give him a raise!!

Quiet peaceful nice facilities clean the suite was nice decent size refrigerator comfortable love the tub shower combo and the seat for disabled nice to have an option! Enough room to get a wheelchair around and to move in the bathroom very considerate I hope all of that accessible rooms are this nice! The person at the front desk that greeted the first day I arrived late was definitely cheerful and welcoming. The breakfast was great considering the small area. Downstairs restrooms for guests as they arrive nice and clean. I think a conscientious addition because as people come off the road and need to check in? Someone might need to go before they get in line to check in I certainly have so many medications I'm on it's a necessity LOL. Thank goodness for the baggage trolleys as well! I had no help being solo and I certainly can't carry my own bags. They were in good repair thank goodness. All of the linens and towels were clean! Remotes for TV working and available! And a super plus to me? The card to gain access to and from the room was working until the end of my stay! I travel a lot during the year over 20 to 30 days and this year I've done I think over 45 hotel stays and trust the main problem especially when you're disabled is to walk out of your room the day you're supposed to check out but you're still well within the hours of before checkout time and your door locks as you're trying to go back and forth to your car. Thank you you get a hundred points for that! The grounds were clean! The only thing that looked a little sketchy was the carpeting in the floors looked a little bit dirty? But I even gloss over that because there were a lot of people I think using the swimming pool and going back and forth barefoot which is not cool.

Lucky me! My ex had stayed here when their condo was a destroyed and the place had not been renovated. I expected it to be dated and etc as he said~ but it was not! The only thing weird was there was no AC in the hallway or in the elevator and it was stifling. Can't figure out who broke the microwave in my room? It was cracked at the bottom however it still worked and was clean so? Not a big deal. Very tricky to get to as it's such an immediate turn from the road but it's just in a weird place can't move the building LOL

I like that it's clean, they have dishes and silverware etc, pool is kinda small but clean and fun. It's not far from the beach within minutes your at the beach. They are good about being clean helping you making sure you have what you need and if you need something when you ask they usually have it for you in a minute. Me and my husband have stayed there last year and this past weekend and when we go back we plan on staying there... I love the rooms I always do a balcony room, the rooms are very nice clean comfy very accommodating...

The breakfast usually isn't great but the waffles are great coffee is weak but I go every morning for waffles and orange juice.

Location, cleanness, nice staff ,comfort of room and hospitality. Rooms nice size and good accommodation, bed pretty comfortable , ac was great worked good ,breakfast was fair.

Needs elevator up grade . Elevator worked but very slow really needs 2 elevators in there to accommodate the amount of guess . Needs to think about adding extra waffle maker to help accommodate the amount of guests.

Everyone were so nice and polite. Quick to help guest at a speedy request. Got the issue for the guest rooms handled nicely.

Room was spacious, comfortble and quiet.

Room needs a really good cleaning, base boards need cleaning dirt on floors, especially in corners and out of sight places. Price was alittle high for a one night stay. Breakfast was not appetiticing, and not sufficient for the numbers of guest dining. the attendant couldn't keepup with the demand. Too small of selection.

That it was very convenient close to stores and not too far from the beach.

The pool area was full of trash had a lot of trash around it the whole time we were there. There was a purple pull up that sat in the sun baking for two days it had the pool area stinking. My husband had to clean it up since nobody else did.

The Location Is Very Conveniently Located 6 Mins From Several Public Beach Access Points! The Staff Is Very Kind And Courteous! It Was Clean And The Breakfast Was Exceptional

For a short weekend trip to Panama City Beach, the location and room were perfect for everything we had planned for this trip! The price was great for the amount of space we had in the room!

There was some mold growing on the floors in the bathroom and some hair still around the sink area.
