The staff were very nice and helpful!

The last night of my stay, around midnight it started to smell like cigarette smoke in our room. We called the front desk and they were quick to address the issue. I couldn’t get a room change because they were 100% booked up. It sucked cause our room smelled heavily like smoke but I was understanding that we couldn’t get another room. There was someone above us smoking and it was coming through our bathroom vent. I was satisfied how the staff handled the situation the night of and the next morning when it was time for me to check out!

It was very close to everything did not have to go far to enjoy various sites.

What I did not like about the property was when you use the outdoor staircase, there are multiple people in the staircase, sitting on the staircase, drinking alcohol and that made me nervous for my wife for her safety. and at times when we came out of our room, a person would be sitting outside our door talking on his phone didn’t make us feel very comfortable.

Everything was absolutely perfect!! Bed was comfortable, people were friendly for the most part, 1 cranky employee and 1 excellent employee who's last day was the day we left and the guy that works overnight was very friendly!

Wasn't to happy with the almost constant smell of weed especially in a no smoking hotel or the laziness of the people staying there who didn't follow instructions to take their trash to the dumpster instead they just piled it by the back door... Oh and the drunk guy peeing outside but then he layed in it so that was funny

I love the staff but Chelsea and the men were Awesome and the heavy lady that worked nights was rude and mean she wouldn't let my grandson get coffee and it was about 10.30pm and she didn't greet you at all....

Everything was amazing room was clean smelled fresh facility was nice an clean residents were really helpful all staff but 2 were extremely helpful given amazing customer service a couple of staff were not to friendly but over all location was very convenient to our stay. We will definitely recommend this location because of the cleaness

All the rain LOL PRETTY MUCH OUTSIDE OF THE COUPLE OF STAFF MEMBERS AN RAIN NOTHING TOO REPORT.

The location was right in the middle of a lot of big attractions and not far from others. Room was large and clean. Price was a low average for the area.

We did not see any breakfast offered. Too much light coming into the room at night. View from room window was a dried up overgrown swampy looking area full of trash. Bathroom vent was not working which is causing moisture and mold to build up around the vent.

The building is very new. It was very clean and conveniently located. The staff was great. The room had a full size refrigerator. The air conditioning worked well.

Our room's window faced Coconut Creek Mini Golf, and the lights from it were bright, coming through the window late at night. There was also a street light right outside the window. There were blinds, but they did not do enough to block out the light. It was a good thing I brought eye shades for sleeping. The guests above us were walking hard on their heels and sliding furniture all night, which kept waking up my brother-in-law.

If you want to stay by the beach on a budget, this is the place to do it. The staff was overly helpful and the room was huge! I was very pleasantly surprised. The front desk helped with a very complicated request and was able to quickly and effectively assist in exactly the way I needed. I would highly recomment!

The bed was somewhat creaky and there was a sock under the bed when we arrived. Beyond that, everything was perfect!

The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel is newer (opened in June 2023). It was very clean and up to date. The rooms did have a refrigerator, microwave, and a 2 burner stove top. So you could cook, if you wanted too. That was a plus. The location was great (several attractions close by, Walmart, restaurants, ect). Plus, this hotel not beging one of the bigger ones..you didn't have all the noise all hours of the night when your trying to sleep. So that was really nice. Plus, the cost each night was very reasonable.

Wish the hotel had more to offer( pool, breakfast). Plus, it was a little hard to find since it set sideways off the road.

Front desk staff was very friendly, everything was clean and newly renovated. Location was great and the price was very affordable.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and only came with 3 pillows. We requested more, but none were available. It made for a pretty uncomfortable night of sleep unfortunately. Room also had no hair dryer, but that wasn’t a huge problem. Just something I wish I’d known sooner so I would’ve thought to pack one.
