We liked the convenience of getting to the beach and local attractions. The condo was spacious and fit our family of nine perfectly. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a little cleaner, the floors turned our feet black. Our last day the pool was closed the entire day.

i loved the location of my room. having all the balconies facing the ocean and the pool. it was a great view and way to connect with your neighbors.

the security were very rude, and not helpful at all, for instance i had taken off one of my bracelets to shower before going to get food, well i came back and realized i never put one back on. they threatened to kick me out of the condo. and would not let me access the hotel for almost an hour even verifying my booking.

Our room was nice and clean.

Elevators get busy and crowded at times and had a long wait. We also had low water pressure in the kitchen and getting help was impossible even when called many times.

the location was perfect! had wonderful beach access! perfect beach view from the 22nd floor! had everything we needed in our room! the pools were beautiful! had a nice bar! the food was awesome!

the only complaint I had was we were on the 11th floor of the parking garage and it took like 20 mins to get in and out of there everytime we wanted to go anywhere! they should have a ramp that goes up and down to get in and out instead of making u drive around a million times!

It was a really nice location and a pretty place. The resort and pool/hot tub is really nice. The tiki bar has amazing drinks like really really good. Our condo was also really cute and nice for all 6 girls!!

The front desk was really vague about everything. We also called to see if we could get our rooms early and they said it would be ready by four so we killed time for an hour till we can back around 4:30 and we walked in to the guy still cleaning the condo. Where to park where to go for our rooms the front desk where you would assume someone is they aren’t there to a small desk on the side. We had no clue about the parking garage and where to go to find our spot. From what it seemed it was completely jumbled up and random. The vagueness caused my car to get towed which really sucked.

We enjoyed the view to the beach, the pool at the resort and hot tub, and the beach access. The condo was nice as well.

The staff was not helpful at all with questions, and several other guests mentioned the same thing. Not enough elevators; would take up to an hour wait to go up to 23rd floor or down to garage level. The left side of the bed dipped, and was uncomfortable to sleep on.
