We love the location. Wyndham is central to everything and anything you'd want to do or need. Walmart, local restaurants and activities like Pier Park and not to forget the gorgeous beach! The hotel has a very nice walkout to the beach and all rooms have oceanfront views! Comfortable beds and well furnished left us with nothing to do but enjoy our time.

We wish the pool was bigger or at least had some kind of adult times worked out. Too many ppl not enough pool. The rowdiness of the kids at times is a little much when you want to relax by the pool at the end of the day. We didn't expect screaming kids and nonstop side diving into the pool even though the pool rules says not do that. Maybe someone enforcing the rules would help?

I love that the property is right on the beach but still has a nice pool and hot-tub. When checking in we had some issues with correct rooming but a very nice lady named Frances helped us resolve the issues quickly and efficiently! Francas was such a great and help employee who made our stay very enjoyable with her sweet attitude and willingness to help.

The only bathroom was in the master bedroom. There is a long walk from check in and up and down escalators to get to Wyndham's room. This could be challenging for those with mobility issues. The elevator flooring was torn up. Perhaps they were planning to replace them, but they could have covered the floor with carpet/rugs until renovation time.

I loved it only problem to many old drunk people, my car literally was hit in the garage but the staff was very helpful just be careful old people who love to drink

The condos were very spacious. It’s close to the beach.

You have to park across the street and then navigate through the maze to figure out where rooms are. Check in is on parking side but poorly signed, so don’t waste time pulling into the condo side of the building.

We loved that the pool was cleaned every morning. There was no trash at all on the property or on the beach access. We love how clean the studio room and bathrooms throughout the resort were. There is not enough good things to say about this stay!

We did not like nor appreciate how when we wanted to go out onto our balcony to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the smell of marijuana strongly on our balcony. We could not pinpoint where it was coming from and we called the front desk multiple times throughout our stay to report it.

The only thing was after driving 13 hours to get there they harass you about seeing a presentation to buy there timeshare I didn't like that was ready to have peaceful time .

Clean and comfortable. The king bed was comfortable, the ceiling fan was a bit noisy, other than that, all was good!

Kitchen was supplied pretty well, could use a strainer, (cullender)

Great full service apartment. full kitchen with an island, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, complete set of dishes and utensils, dining table and, full living room. Balcony with table, chair, and chaise. His and hers sinks in the bathroom plus washer/dryer. A pretty complete apartment.

The shower stall had a little mildew, access to the parking garage may require a little up and down, and the check-in process is time consuming and annoying with the time-share sales pitch. You have to be very firm with them unless you’re interested in the “free-vacation deal” pitch.

It was more than what I expected great location spaces units staff was the best.

Long wait time for elevator but only due to remodeling but they do go fast once in them and no resturants at resort.
