The beds are comfortable, the view is AMAZING! Couldn't beat the rate at all. Proximity to beach is wonderful. Pool is nice.

Check-in person on 2/3/25 was not friendly, didn't smile, or offer info about the hotel or area. (The rest of staff we encountered throughout the week was very friendly and helpful, quick to answer our questions.)

The room was decent. The location was excellent. The majority of the staff was super friendly and helpful. we had an issue with our fridge not working and it was replaced within 15-20 minutes.

The bathrooms were very small. We had one person who was not great but everyone else was great.

I loved the old Florida, vintage vibe. Really pretty architecture and rooms. Staff was friendly and attentive, really accommodating. Front desk was kind to change my room to ground level when I told them my mother has a hard time with stairs, and security offered to help carry our bags. When we needed more towels we received them immediately. Pool area was clean and well kept. Room has a broom for sand which is great, and housekeeping comes and takes the trash which is so nice.

Saw a few roaches, but only in the bathroom. I don't know if it's because we stayed on ground level.

Love the location, there are no nearby hotels so there is plenty of beach to share. Along with this you are close enough to be on the East or west side of the beach daily quickly. The property is always clean and a good rate! This is our third stay here and we have never been disappointed

We have stayed here multiple times and we love it! The only thing I would change is the cleaning service, I know the standard for this has changed but it seems the only thing done everyday was switching out towels. We stayed for five days and it would have been great to come back to made beds or a swept floor. I understand this may not be doable every day, but maybe once in the middle for longer visits? Along with this, having the dehumidifiers dumped. I am not sure if staff does this at all, but when we checked in our humidifier was full and had already leaked on the floor. The first thing we had to do before unpacking was get that cleaned up, not a big deal just something worth sharing!

I liked how the balcony overlooks the pool and the beach, which literally is a beautiful view outside the back door. I liked the kitchenette, table ensemble, and the balcony ensemble, which made it very convenient and comfortable. The staff made me feel like a special guest the minute I arrived. And of course, the price couldn't be beat!

I couldn't get the sound to work on the TV (or get the cursor to toggle to what I wanted). Plus, during check-in, I forgot to get the WiFi connection info, so I figured I would ask maintenance when he/she stop by to figure out why the remote would not work on the TV, but the person never arrived.

Great location on the beach, easy to find, secure parking, safe and clean site. Housekeeping called by daily to change towels, empty bins, provide new coffee etc. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room with two double beds, bathroom (small but adequate), coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Nice to have a balcony to sit outside.

Unfortunately our room (105) was one of the few with older blinds, not shutters, these were also broken and tricky to close properly. We were located on first floor, so ocean view obscured by garden etc, would have been better to be located on a higher floor. Two chairs and coffee table in the room; a higher table inside or out, would've suited us as needed to finish off some work on my PC, rather than working off lap seated on the bed. Wi-Fi signal stronger by the pool and on the beach than in room. Maybe the option of beach / pool towels could have been provided?

This spot was just beautiful! I especially loved the row of palm trees between balcony and pool/beach. Place has a motel/old school vibe but friendly staff and location wonderful. Rooms have been updated the best they can I think, and have good size mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I also LOVED that the AC has an option for “continuous fan”, I am woken up all night long in fancier hotels where AC cuts on and off all night. Would definitely stay again.

location! beachfront balcony view especially of the sunset. the requirement for a parking permit hanging from the rearview mirror is great to ensure parking is reserved only for guests.

This property’s main “positive” turned out to be a factor in a negative. Everyone of course loves the beach, so vehicular traffic was very heavy. Timing of our arrival was at rush hour and there was a week long concert happening.

Fantastic location, excellent & helpful & friendly staff, pleasant and perfect for watching the sunset from the balcony. A few steps from the beach with white sand.

The front staff is always so nice. This is the fourth time I have stayed here. The location is great. It's nice that it's further away (approximately 200 yards from the next hotel so the beach doesn't get as crowded. I hate that they built 14 beach houses right beside it, crowding the beach, but it's still way fewer people compared to staying at a resort. You can always find a spot. I also like that the pool stays open until 10. It's nice to go to the pool after it's too dark to go to the beach.

The safe was broken in our room. The front desk sent maintenance up right away which was great. However, the maintenance man went down to get something and was going to be right back up but never came back we waited over 90 mins and he never came back. Just wish he was honest about his return. If you can't fix it, I understand, I just don't appreciate my time being wasted. I could've better spent it at the beach or by the pool vs. Waiting around in a room. Other than that the stay was nice.
