Despite initial concerns about long wait times for the elevator, I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The location, right on the beach, was simply stunning, providing breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were flawlessly clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options served with attentive care. This hotel provided the ultimate beachside retreat, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Very clean the property was well kept they had a lot of activities for my grandson location was great. We were thinking of canceling our other plans and just staying there for a few days. We continued on to Gulf Shores and regret not staying at SpringHill

The reason I didn't rate it a 10 was the parking fee and parking tax. Just roll those things into the price and be done with it. I for one don't want to see all those taxes and fees on the bill it annoys me just give me the full price

The rooms were big and very clean,the staff was very helpful and nice,the food at the Solstice restaurant was amazing!!we loved it so much that we ate there every night.The pork chops with whipped potatoes and the key lime cake were sooo good!the pool was clean and the beach also.We loved that if you rent beach longers they offer also complimentary water so that was great.Also we loved the breakfast,lots of food and they were bringing more very fast,so we were pleased with that.The whole hotel smelled great and was very clean and the parking is an elevator away and is also coverd so that is a plus if you go out multiple times a day.

In our first day at the pool there were some noisy people that played with a ball in the pool although there was a sign stating that its not allowed and they were listening to loud music...I think the staff could have said something ,but they did not.Only in the second day they did .Also in our first day the pool bar was closed..we dis have an option to buy some drinks from the inside store but not so many options..Maybe the pool water could be a bit warmer,it seemed a little cold,but it was refreshing.The elevators were a bit slow..the waiting time during the day was longer but it did not upset us.Overall we enjoyed our stays,the pros topped the cons and We will deff come again!

The comfortable beds.

The elevators were soooo slow. It took me 15 minutes to get an elevator upon departure. This is ridiculous. They were either full or bypassed my floor completely. It would show it was going to stop then it would read call locked & clear the down button. I finally caught one going up so I could go down. I was on the 5th floor!!! I am not able to stand for any length of time so this was very difficult for me. I also requested a shower only when I made the reservation & verified it upon check in and was told the room had only a shower BUT my room had a bathtub. Not good for an elderly person who can’t step over the side of a tub.

in my experience, everything about the property was AMAZING. the gym, pool, hot tub, beach access, layout of the lobby, amenities, everything was easily acceptable, & my beachfront view room was EXCEPTIONAL. 13th floor, beautiful view.

the breakfast could have been a bit better, flavor wise (i’m vegetarian, so i only had waffles w/ strawberry compote, eggs, bagels, & toast with some juice). also, for a hotel that size, they definitely should invest in more than just 4 waffle makers, so there’s not a long waffle line that takes 20 minutes to go through. also, the TV was NOT directly in front of the bed. if was far off on the other side of the room, which made it very uncomfortable to watch TV at night. but then again, that could’ve only been my 2 rooms (both on 13th floor).

I loved this hotel. i cannot recommend it enough. the pool was one of the best pools i’ve seen at a hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make sure the guests were happy, and i mean all of the staff was incredible. there was one employee we witnessed who was on the beach putting up chairs and umbrellas. she ran from the chairs to the pool to give someone their hat back. that is awesome of her! the pool bar was great and the drinks were got were amazing. the view of the ocean was beautiful. i like that they have the first 4 floors as parking and the lobby because even with us being on the first floor we had an amazing view. this is a VERY family friendly place. everyone we encountered was super nice employees and guests!

didn’t mind these things enough to make me not want to stay here again but i will put a few things that can be improved. the elevator… there’s 3 of them and it’s still not enough. idk if they need more elevators or if their just not big enough but almost everytime we took it we had to wait at least 5-10 minutes before one came along where we could fit. if your claustrophobic…good luck! the rooms could use a little updating but they were still nice and clean.. just the rest of the hotel looks nicer than the rooms. not sure if our room just didn’t have one but there wasn’t a sign to put on the door if you didn’t want your room cleaned while you were gone. not a big deal but some people don’t want others in their room with their personal stuff while their not there.

The location was wonderful (beachfront and within 5-10 minutes of restaurants, pier park, and other attractions). The hotel itself is wonderfully taken care of and updated. The restaurant in the hotel had delicious dinner!

We had a room with a wet-room style bathroom. While spacious and very accessible, I am glad I did not need to use the shower seat, as it did not appear to be very-well maintained or clean. I noticed a ball of hair and mildew on the grout of the far end of the shower (under the seat), which was very surprising (considering how clean everything else was).

Location was excellent. Away from the hustle but close enough to get there quickly. Super friendly staff. Breakfast was a good variety. Beach was beautiful and clean. Shower was always hot. Beautiful view from our balcony. Overall, great vacation. Will stay again.

Wait for elevator could be long and we were there late in the season. No table and chairs made it hard to eat in the room. The fridge being only on for 2 hours for quick cooling was annoying.

Liked the restaurant on the property, the Jellies cafe, the pool, close proximity to the beach, safety features, the fact that you could check in earlier (with a fee) spacious rooms. Like that there were covered parking decks. The hotel felt safe and you honestly didn’t have to leave everything was right there.

Navigating the elevators was not always easy, filled up quickly. Cleaning could have been more detailed. But overall it was a beautiful hotel with gorgeous view of the ocean from the lobby.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Impeccable views! Generous and super delicious breakfast. Loved the place. First but definitely not my last visit.

My only and main complaint would be how long the food/ dinner took at the reception area. We traveled 6hrs away and were starving. Food took forever to arrive and my child was very hungry. It wasn’t crowded so not sure why the wait. Also waitress continued to get the meal order incorrect. She came over with a plate filled with meatball pasta for my child when we don’t eat meat. This was after waiting 45mins already. So we were excited that we finally would have the shrimp pasta order but continued to be disappointed. We were only there for one night so this was the most upsetting part of my experience. But other than that, everything was great. *also the walls in the room were filthy with black marks/ streaks
