Really was a gem - grounds were well kept and pool area great. Unfortunately pool bar/eating area closed for season. Room was very spacious, family room. However bathrooms odd. One had shower/toilet no sink/mirror and other had toilet /mirror/sink no shower

Ramp was too steep once we found it and we were not advised of it upon checkin. We walked down steep stairs lugging bags and we are in our seventies

Got the first floor rooms which was the best room/view in our opinion, walk out the door and straight to the beach in 5 steps, nice pool and a lot of hangout space

Didn’t have any towels in our room

For the price we paid it was great the room I had looked just like the pictures I saw, and it was right on the beach my kids loved the 3D games they had and over all every one of the staff were very nice and helpful. One of the other guests told me the bungalow rooms did not look like the pictures but that was hear say so I can't say for sure. All in all we had a great time and was very happy with our room and will stay again.

the shower knob kept falling off and we had to fix it in order to take a shower. also there was place on the bathroom door that looked like someone may have gotten mad and punched it so both of those need to be fixed. Also really should have a broom in each room we kept having to ask for one to try and keep the sand to a minimum we only got the broom once and not the other times we asked for it.

Older motel that was very reasonably priced and in an excellent location. Super friendly staff.

Room had a small amount of mold on the ceiling in one spot which didnt bother me but I could see where it could bother someone who may be allergic to such.

The rooms were clean, updated, and right on the beach and walking distance to everything. The staff was great especially the woman who checked us in...there was an issue with the photos of room on the Internet...showing full kitchen when the actual room was basic....she quickly resolved the issue. The whole staff was nice....not to mention Devon from maintenance who went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and stocked

The one issue that came to mind.... sometimes they rent for locals for a night or weekend. The main issue with that they rent a room to party all night.

Location was Amazing Beach was BEAUTIFUL The view from our Room was Outstanding and the rooms were perfect. We had 3 adults and 6 kids between 2 rooms and it was perfect.

Front staff, don't remember who but there were, but were very rude. It was too cold for us at that time of year. Leaving Wisconsin we didn't want the same weather we were leaving, so we only stayed the one night and headed further south. The pool was also closed and with 6 kids that was a game changer if it had been warmer at the time.

It was convenient to the beach and restaurants and shops.

It was on the beach and exceeded my expectations. The beach was area and sand was clean.

We had a nice room and loved that it was on ground level with the pool. Great afternoon entertainment and friendly poolside bar staff. Easy access to the beach. It’s an older hotel but clean and offered us everything we needed…
