This was our first family vacation and we were very pleased with everything the hotel has to offer.

Maybe the lazy river open longer than it’s offered like the pool. The poolside chairs had a sign to worn patrons of saving chairs, but I don’t think it was really monitored like the sign said. Especially when people wake up at 5am to put their towels on the lounge wand go back to their hotel rooms and sleep. This needs to be monitored more for people who are actually there at the pool to have a place to sit and lay out. It’s not for those others who leave and go back to sleep or go to the beach and want a spot saved for later.

The hotel staff went out of their way to decorate the room for my daughter’s 6th birthday. They all signed a card and gave her some goodies. She loved the stuffed animal the staff picked out and slept with it everyday! The facility is always clean and the pools and lazy river are always a great escape from the heat. The live shows at dinner time were exciting and fun plus the food was delicious.

We chose a busy weekend so really that’s not the properties fault but their was an extremely large crowd of people staying at the hotel this weekend so some amenities were crowded and caused longer then usual waits.

This was seriously one of the best resort getaways I’ve been to! I love that there was the water park plus the beach option. Live music and the night shows were awesome… very kids friendly! The staff and rooms were great as well… I don’t have one complaint… definitely will be booking there anytime we go to panama city for a getaway.

There is nothing I didn’t like!

It was so very kid friendly! We had a BLAST and there was so much for our children to do. Plus a little parents afternoon out which we enjoyed.

Our only complaint was the breakfast buffet cost. 40$ a person is crazy to me. We’ve been to many resorts and this is by far the highest buffet cost we’ve seen.

I like the location of the property right down the street from Walmart and the liquor store as well as the restaurant and all the events that they had the food,drinks was incredible and I will recommend this to a friend a family member the overall experience was wonderful

What I didn’t like about the property is the small rooms for a big brand company. The amount of money being spent I felt like we could have been in a bigger room like maybe in the future they can consider condos on the property but the rooms were still nice and comfortable but small with a great ocean view

The grounds were totally amazing. The most beautiful colorful flowers I’ve ever seen. The property was very clean. The staff was very nice. The front desk could be a little iffy, but the rest were amazing. When and if I can afford again, I will be back for sure. The amenities are awesome. The lazy river the pool. The food is chicken bar was amazing. The fresh clean towels were such an awesome thing to have for you to use. I can’t wait to the day I can possibly come back to stay.

Everything really to be honest with you everything

Great location. Loved having restaurants...never had to leave resort. Staff we encountered were all friendly

We rented the beach loungers from 8 to 5. Our 2nd day the worker came to take chairs up before 4 pm stating that their hours had been cut and the time was now 8 to 4 for rental. However, the sign still said 8 to 5. He said they just hadn't changed it yet. Last year it was $50.00 to rent and this year $60.00. I noticed they had no problem changing that information on the sign, so I don't understand why they couldn't have changed the time. We were not even told when we rented the chairs they would be taken up at 4 pm instead of 5pm. Only 1 guy did that...the other 2 days we rented the chairs we were able to stay until 5 pm. We already had to pay $10.00 more than just a year ago AND were shortened on the time. Not happy about that!

I love the location. I loved that it was right there on the beach and we could just go from family environment of the pool setting to the beach to live music and all of the entertainment constantly something going on or just made you feel comfortable almost like a second home.

I didn’t like the nasty elevator. The glass looked totally gross and was really dirty in and out the elevators people brought in sand and mopping and cleaning in the hallways constantly the elevators were never clean. They constantly smell, dank and mildew, and I checked out several rooms there before I chose mine and they were not clean. They smelled very bad like moisture and mildew from people coming in with water and wet stuff. The room I finally chose smelled very nice and much better and I chose that it was great room.

The people were amazing!! This place was very prepared to serve people. They go above and beyond for every guest. Not just one. I am 54 and have gone a lot of places. This place was so amazing! Rose at the bar was amazing. Al, the server was so amazing. We loved them both. The view has amazing food. Don't let the prices scare you. Kids eat free, and it all evens out.They also had the best entertainment and things for the kids to do a whole activity room. There is so much more I want to say. You just have to go....

2 women Bartenders that were very mean. One day and one night

The room was very nice and the staff was as well.

The View restaurant left a LOT to be desired. The first night I didn't get my entree until my two guests had finished theirs. The server was very non-plussed when advised because she was asking if we wanted anything else and I said, yes, my entree. The breakfast buffet was way overpriced and our silverware was dirty. Room service meals were burnt and they charged us twice for a dessert that my guest went downstairs and paid for at the restaurant but they also charged it to my room. The View leaves a lot to be desired for it being the "star" food venue.
