Very friendly staff. especially at the front desk at check-in. We traded all our towels and wash rags in every morning there is no one to clean your room, but I think that’s a plus don’t have to worry about anything getting stolen. everything seemed to work in our room. It was clean. We stayed there during thunder Beach bike rally. It was quiet, considering no fights no obnoxious people. they marked off the parking lot for bikes to park and a few cars. You have to park across the street but that’s no problem. There’s plenty of parking in there and it’s free. They have coffee made in the morning you can get there is no breakfast bet you very comfortable like Holiday Inn express pools very clean the man cleaned it every morning. The tiki bar was open. Prices is the same everywhere else get your $20 bucket you do have to buy your ice and it’s $6.50 for 18 pounds. There is no carpet in the room, not ours, but it does make it easy to keep the sand up, need to wear shoes gets kind salty Sandy sticky had to wash my feet before I got to bed. Will stay again. Do recommended. and I do like that you can’t have pets.they have a grill outside. They have showers to wash off when you get out of the ocean. I’ve got a big area out there that you can sit and relax .

Have to pay $6.50 for your ice there is no free ice. Have stayed at Holiday Terrace before this place is cleaner better kept up and cheaper.

Small motel style resort. Not crowded. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking.

The room we had on the first floor, beachside, had carpet, which needed to be removed. There’s no possible way to get sand out and it just felt “dirty”. Waterproof vinyl flooring would have been ideal. Small fridge in room was just that, a fridge. The small freezer area that most dorm style fridges have was not in this style of fridge. No where to keep freezer packs frozen. Could not buy a bag of ice due to nowhere to put it and only had small cooler with us.

The property was easy to find and clean, very close to the beach as well! I can’t walk super far because I’m pregnant, so this location being super close to the beach was wonderful!! If you’re thinking of staying here for your ‘baby moon’ trip like I did, I’d definitely recommend. Parking can be difficult but there is overflow convenient parking right across the street, so it’s no big deal at all! Just be prepared for that- the parking lot fills up fast lol! When we arrived my husband was notified that we would be receiving a free room upgrade- this was absolutely amazing and so appreciated. I couldn’t believe it, I was so excited! That was truly such a blessing and I can’t thank the bikini beach employees enough for that! Our room was beautiful and the view was amazing. We will be staying here every-time we come back, for sure!

The only thing that we were a little uncomfortable with was the cleaning ladies trying to enter our room without knocking or announcing theirselves. We were changing clothes and if the door stopper had not been flipped they would’ve walked right in. This was no big deal though, just a small concern! We told them we didn’t need their services and they politely left!

Our room was two queen, ground floor walk out to the beach. No waiting on an elevator! Tiki bar and pool just steps away. Hot water with great water pressure. Beds were a little worn but we slept fine. No bugs!.

More attention to details when cleaning would be nice. Needs updated plugs for devices. When it rains water comes in at the door. The door was very hard to deal with. There was no shade on the patio. Ice cost 7.00 for a small bag.

Walking distance to various restaurants- bars, and food places breakfast through dinner. On the beach, pool nice and sand was beautiful as well as the sunsets. Bed was clean and cozy. Patio looked out over pool and the beach.

It has a lot of deferred maintenance to address. Water leaking in the hallway from the ceiling above, orange cones were placed here and there to protect patrons, lots of bare cement where tiles should have been, bathroom as mold in the corners, chairs in the room were badly in need of cleaning and we didn’t sit on them, and the room had peeling paint and the doors were in need of paint.

Having three beds was great. I liked the heated (and very clean) pool. View was great and just steps to the beach. The beds were VERY comfortable, which I don’t think I have ever said about a hotel. The staff was very helpful. Vicky at the front was so helpful and another gentlemen was also accommodating with ensuring we got settled in our room.

There are alot of electrical items near one outlet and you have to switch things around to use different items. They have a power strip behind the nightstand so maybe get an extra one for the plug by the tv.

Beautiful property! Swings amazing to sit on and pool very nice. Shower great. Room was clean.

Disappointed little bar area closed before sunset. Fearful my door would not close all the way and lock. Forced it and it finally did. TV not working and was told it would be fixed but was not addressed. Extremely loud all night with people shouting and yelling at each other. I assume they were in the stairwells which was on both sides of our room. Finally fell asleep at 430 am.

I was hesitant when I booked bc of all the bad reviews but I went ahead because I got a good deal and it was a last minute trip but we ended up very pleased it Right on the beach, staff was friendly, room was clean. Staff asked if we wanted first or forth floor and we choose first and glad we did we walked out the door had a little patio area for all our beach stuff and lead right to the beach. Room 131 was great for us . We will definitely be staying again

The location was perfect and close to our favorite restaurants and fun spots. We walked across the street to The Liq and American Charlie and just a couple minutes driving distance to our breakfast spot All American Diner. We stayed in a 1 bed king room which was small but just big enough for 2 people.

The Tiki Bar was very nice but unfortunately was not open on a day we were told they'd be open. The prices of the bar were a little high as well, but it was a great convenience to have at the hotel and right close to the beach and pool area. The room was nice, but the air conditioning unit needs to be replaced because it looked like it'd stop working any minute. It took a long time to get the room cold.

This was such a great spot. On the beach and close to restaurants. We had a room with a direct view of the pool (which was heated) and the Gulf. Nice to hear the waves. Room was very clean and comfortable. We called maintenance because our TV was not working and they came right away and fixed the problem. They even followed up the next day with a phone call. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.
