We have stayed here before and we love the location of the property. It’s very comfortable setting without being in the large traffic flow that you get closer to pier park. It was nice to be able to go out and look out to see the turtles in the mornings! Even though when we checked in the frost desk individual was a bit over run with the amount of people coming in they stayed professional and very friendly the entire time.

I think the only downside was, we didn’t have actual towels in the room, it was only hand towels and wash rags. We didn’t need the tv but it helps calm our 1 year old down towards bedtime and we only had 4 channels but at least one was playing Disney movies all month. We had to wear shoes in the room the whole time because it seemed as though it wasn’t swept or mopped, the floors were gritty and a little sticky to where your feet turned black. But again no big deal just wash your feet off before bed.

Even though the original property I booked with (Baymont by Wyndham Panama City Beach) was closed temporarily during the date I had booked, the property contacted me ahead of time and offered to move my reservation over to a sister hotel (La Quinta Inn and Suites Coastal Palms). They handled this process smoothly so there was no disruption to my travel plans. The new hotel was great - clean, comfortable room, hot tub & swimming pool, fast WiFi and free hot breakfast.

No complaints whatsoever. I would happily book here again

What brought us to this Panama City site was the distance from the international airport. There was nothing but scalding hot water in the shower but I at least could wash up in the sink and wash my hair. The accommodations were pretty good overall. It was quiet at night which I appreciated.

Just the hot water problem and it didn't matter because there were no bath towels anyway. Lol. At my age,you go with the flow. Nothing but physical pain and harm would bother me enough to complain about much .

No disturbances the entire time and we were right across the street from the beach! Everything we wanted to do was just minutes away and we even took advantage of the bar and grill across the street! The beach across the street was also amazing, we loved that we could just walk over there for a few!

The elevator was acting a little funky when we were leaving, but nothing serious. It just wouldn’t come to the top floor if you called it. It was very convenient to have the stairs right there next to it though!

I loved the the view front and back, the location, and presentation of the room

Cigarette buds and people smoking everywhere there should be a designated area for that. The asked the staff to borrow a mop they said they would bring it to the room and never showed up.

Im feel good with the hotel but just in my personal opinion it’s is need paint and maybe some flowers arond … its just details… but I can feel everything good now to the spring break and summer the hotel need to looks fresh and new

The location was good although it is not beach side. It was just across the street. Staff was friendly. The price was fair for what we got.

The property could use a lot of renovations. It was dated and old. They were in the middle of doing some repairs. Breakfast was just alright, few choices of plain cereals and juice.

Very clean and beds were comfortable. Great location to the beach and had a pond view.

Wall in the room was soft. May have an air conditioning leak from the above floor. Check in was a bit hectic. Couldn’t get 2 room keys and had to stand in a line outside the door for 30 minutes. Elevator was “iffy”.

I really enjoyed my stay in Florida and Baymount suites I would recommend. I’m from Michigan so in my opinion the location and staff made my stay more memorable.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! staff was so friendly very polite property is in better condition then when I stayed a few years ago . breakfast was ok. we had an amazing stay very quiet (stayed on the back side) beautiful view for turtles . will be booking for next years vaca .

3rd floor ice machine needs fixed and bigger tvs other than those 2 things
