View was amazing, staff was friendly, room was clean, everything we need was provided, close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back next year, hopefully for a longer stay.

Leak in bathroom ceiling that we only noticed on the last day and our contact person scheduled repair the moment we notified her and a small area dirty above living room ac vent were only two things I could mention and had to think long and hard for those. Excellent place honestly

This location was the most amazing location ever it truly had a perfect view of the golf Shores and it was definitely emerald waters. I just loved it. The kitchen was amazing. Just wish mine at home was the same. I was able to cook breakfast lunches, and dinners!!

The only thing I didn’t like I was not able to stay Longer But would definitely book with John and Wendy again they are amazing host and we’re very attentive answered all my Questions quickly and there was no umbrella for the beach when we arrived and they ordered one from Walmart and it was there within 20 to 30 minutes. I could not ask for better host’s!!! so there was nothing that I didn’t like!!

I loved the view from the balcony. Also the mattress was insanely comfortable. In fact it was so comfortable my boyfriend (who has back problems) was trying to see what brand of mattress it was lol. Also obviously the location to the beach was just amazing. Also the owners of the property had excellent communication. They even gave us a seperate number to reach them at and stated they would respond asap. And they definitely did, not that I even had anything to complain about, but even texting about a coffee pot that was cracked(that we didn’t even use because we used the k-cups side of the pot) they immediately ordered and had a new coffee pot sent to the room.

I can’t think of a think I didn’t like.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. John and Wendy are amazing hosts and kept in constant communication with us leading up to and thru the stay. check in was a breeze and we have never had such a seamless experience getting into a beach property/to the beach! The condo is comfortable and furnished to make it feel like home. None of us wanted to leave and are already looking forward to coming back to stay again soon!

The condo was well designed and comfortably furnished for a 1-bedroom unit with a great furnished balcony overlooking the beach and gulf, was amazing! Bedroom had patio doors out to balcony, so it was great to hear the waves at night. Owners were great and very attentive to questions. We had a very nice stay.

The condo for the most part was clean and well taken care of but little things like dust on dining room light fixture and bulbs and other places shows the cleaning staff needs to do just a little bit more of a better job, it's in the details! The main condominium building could have used some upgrades but there was cleaning staff out every morning. 1 elevator was not working the entire time we were there leaving us with only 1, but it worked out ok.

The location of the property was amazing! pretty quiet and never too many people at the beach. AMAZING view of the sunset. I loved the simple check in process and the gated parking lot. If there was a problem the owners would text back right away and help anyway they could.

The apartment itself had a great view and all of the furniture was comfortable. The view was great and lots of privacy. The parking was excellent. All appliances are updated and work great! Very close to Pineapple Willy's (highly recommend). Owners are extremely kind and answer all questions and respond to any issues. The larger pool was a lot of fun and the food served at the snack shack was yummy. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.

The beach tends to be rowdy late at night into the morning hours (believed to be people from the large resort next to the tower). Also, we did experience quite a bit of noise above and outside the front door but that's not the condo owners fault. I'm not sure if the complete resort is non smoking or not but we did have several instances where we could smell weed, again out of the owners control.

It was very clean and well updated for the most part. Prime location right on the beach with ocean views.

The facade of the building was a bit run down. The bathtub/shower was older and had small stains. The mattress was very soft.

The condo is beautiful and has everything you will need for a great stay!

We only had trouble with the elevators being out when we first arrived. Maintenance was there to take care of everything within a half hour. It did present an issue several times but this had no reflection on our hosts!

Location - Right in front of the beach with a beautiful view of the beach from the condo. Also close to walmart and the city center. Amenities - Fully equipped, with patio, tv, full kitchen, big bathroom, beach chairs and all you can ask for Cleanliness - neat and clean Beach - private access to the beach. beach location it self is quite nice and not very deep. security - good security and parking available for the guests
