Great location and comfortable stay.

Needs more attention to cleanliness and details. Elevator would not take us to our floor so we ended taking a 5 stair walk up and down. It was visible that the room carpet had not been vacuumed and balcony door would jam often.

location was great, most of the staff was very nice.

The person checking us in, took my credit card info even though I already paid. He stole over $200 from me and I’m still waiting to get refunded from the hotel.

i took my husband for his birthday cause he loves the beach. this just so happen to be in my budget and be directly on the beach which was very convenient.

The place was outdated, but not at all a big deal. we did get there very early and our check in was at 4 pm. we waiting around, got lunch and went to the beach. we come back to try and check in at 3:30 and the next shift was there and she let us check in. we were able to choose the 7th floor which is the top but even though i booked a king suite she said there weren’t any and put us in a double queen with a kitchen.

Not enough pool chairs

Location to restaurants and shopping convenient. Room was spacious and clean. Was given instructions that could get Ice at their sister location Holiday Terrace next door on 2nd Floor could use their pool and parking lot if needed.

Someone was smoking a horrible smell. Someone also pulled the fire alarm 3 times the first night there. Second day the elevator was not working so had to use the stairs was on the 6th floor so very inconvenient. But the upside was they got the elevator working by the next morning.

Everything was pretty great even the water pressure and the hot water. I had a wonderful stay!

The parking lot is pretty small And there was something on the floor above me on the fourth floor during my day and it sounded like someone was dropping bowling balls very late at night it’s not necessarily a property issue, but I’m assuming whoever the clientele was above me

Great and friendly staff. Our room was clean, equipped, and comfy with the perfect view and right on the beach! All kinds of shopping right across the street. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Perfect stay for my husband and I ❤️

A few areas behind the building could use some clearing. The outdoor seating/grill area could use some updates or painting. There were some light switches needing repair, and the door to the balcony was sticking.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was on the beach. Plenty of guest parking. Great ocean view from my balcony.

My only complaint with the facility was the AC unit. It was so loud I couldn't hear the waves at night from my balcony. While it didn't affect my stay this hotel is older and shows its age. It could use some paint and minor cosmetic repairs.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, good ac, and a great view. The pool was clean. . I will be returning there asap😊😊

The oven in our kitchen wasn't working properly and it smoked our room up. Probably just had something spilled in it and wasn't properly cleaned. Had to keep the smoke alarm from going off but other than that it was great!
