Heated pool was great. Hot tub was awesome. Lazy river was fun. Beds were comfy. The pancake machine was wonderful; No messy batter business, just push the button and you get 2 pancakes!! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a ghost in our room my husband seen it every night but our last night my daughter seen it to talk man in a grey suit my husband didn’t say anything till our last night so we didn’t get scared

Exceptional everything! Buffet breakfast is included in price and it's wonderful with hot pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs.bacon, sausage, fruit, fresh oatmeal and more. A step up! Great poolside food, live music. and activities at night like poolside movies and Hawaiian luau dancing...You don't have to ever leave the resort!

Great amenities! Lazy river was really neat! Daily musical entertainment poolside and nice poolside bar & grill. Pool is heated and has a shallow gradient for small children. Family friendly movies poolside in the evening while we were there (spring break). The room layout was great complete with a semi private bunk bed area that was perfect for a pre teen to have a bit of privacy. Bunk area also has its own television :) Full size refrigerator with microwave and kitchenette sink was so nice as the dining out selection in the area isn’t that fantastic.

Only (minor) complaint was water temperature in shower (8th floor) was inconsistent and sometimes a bit cool/cold but otherwise a very nice and spacious bathroom.

Loved the set up of the buffet breakfast. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. Loved that you carry Chobani yogurt. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. Glad I was able to take some home and my children enjoyed them. 😁 The bar and grille restaurant was nice. The drinks were delicious and do are their sweet potatoes fries. This was my first time at a beach resort. Thank you all so much for the wonderful experience.

The only thing I didn't like was that the Keurig type coffee machine didn't work properly and maybe you all should offer medium and dark roast coffee pods as well. It would also be great to use products that don't contain artificial sugars, etc.

First off, the location of this hotel was on a busy strip, making it a little annoying to get to with traffic’s (but that’s just PCB for you), but man once you step inside and see the ocean right there it is all worth it! The beach was beautiful, well kept, and not busy at all. Nothing like the packed tourist beach you see in photos. The pool(s), yes there are multiple, were awesome as well. Great for kids, as one is a lazy river and one is a wade in pool with chairs in it. There was a small lazy river hot tub as well for adults. There are complementary towels, iced tea and water at the pool, and they hose the deck down regularly so it isn’t scorching. There was music playing, live music at some points, and there is a pool bar/grill right there to fit any needs you might have while enjoying it! There were also nightly activities. I didn’t indulge because my baby was already asleep, but we watched the luau from our balcony, and there were movies playing most nights at the pool. This was kind of loud, but they ended by 9! The breakfast was phenomenal as well! They had everything you could want and a fun pancake maker that my daughter loved to watch! The rooms were very large, and ours came with 2 queens and a surprise bunk bed which my daughter was happy about! It even had its own little tv. The balcony had a direct view of the pools and beach!

Coffee could’ve been better, and you have to pay to park there, which is silly and should come with the room.

We always have a great time here. Breakfast is on point and is substantial enough to float you through an early dinner. The complimentary tea and water at the pool and in the lobby along with the "always fresh" hot coffee and all the fixens is a time and money saver and adds a little something extra to your trip. Nice to feel like your being taken care of. The rooms are always clean and although out air wasn't working when we checked in they had a new unit installed before we got back from the pool. They always go above and beyond. We love the pool side movies at night and the lazy river. The hot tub is big enough for lots of people without being elbow to elbow and the out side grill and bar has excellent drinks (nonalcoholic) for the kids.

The beds could be a little more firm. They were too lumpy and caused us some hip and back discomfort but not enough to ruin our trip.

I liked that it was beachfront w/chairs n umbrellas available to rent. Very good pools, activities every night and they are open 8am til midnight!! . Elevators were fast, room was spacious, housekeeping came everyday. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Live music most of the afternoon. Amazing how quiet it is. Gulf views for every room.

I'd improve the quality of the pancake batter. The pancake machines were adorable, but the batter was rubbery tasting. Some new beach umbrellas the current ones have seen better days and list a price for just a chair, or just an umbrella. Food at the little bar was tasty, but I wish there was another restaurant or place to order.

Staff has great hospitality!! I sat at the bar to order some things and a rude customer walked up talking to one of the female bartenders so rude but the female bartender handled the rude customer with grace.

The washing of the comforters in the room. You could definitely tell and smell the difference. One queen bed comforter smelt fresh from being washed but the other one smelt like onions or maybe whoever stayed in there before us, they didn’t necessarily sleep in the bed, but they probably sat on top of the bed and they were sweaty, had bad body odor and possibly housekeeping didn’t change the comforter since it appeared whoever was in the room before us didn’t touch the bed.

Everything was wonderful with the property. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The beach access was great. Fun shows and extras for the kids. The poolside tiki bar was great. Access to stores and amenities close-by was also great!

The only complaint i had was with the cleaning/house keeping ladies. They tried to do bare minimum, including skipping over our room multiple times. Over a 5night stay, our room was “cleaned” one time and it was very minimal. I had to complain to the front desk to have housekeeping come back and properly clean our room.
