The condo was great, this was my first time coming to Panama Beach and I was unsure where to stay, I am glad I picked ocean reef, it felt like home away from home, decor was good, the beach and ocean view was awesome, I will be staying there again, it was very clean and well stocked, Loved it very much

It was 3 elevators and only 2 worked, then the second day only 1 was working, the other one stopped, people along with us had to wait longer than 30mns, so people took the steps, I am disabled and had to wait for the elevator, the second one was finally fixed, that was really frustrating, the elevators seem out dated a lot of people that was waiting said they are going to write a complaint, the elevators need to be in good shape especially during the busy season

I always enjoy condos that are directly on the beachfront. We have two small children and so trying to cross busy streets is difficult. Also was glad to have the washer and drier inside the unit. Makes it much easier, especially with kids and how they can mess up their clothes, if you have an emergency and need to wash something. Or if you just want to do some of your laundry before going home so as not to have all of it to do when you get home.

The furniture seemed a little dated and the color scheme for all of the decor and pillows and linens seemed an odd choice for a beach front condo. Very dark and drab colors. Would be much nicer with some brighter blues and pastels that you are accustomed to seeing in beach front rentals.

Location was great. Beach was so easy to access. SPECIAL NOTE: Even with the problems listed below, I would try them again They tried their best and offered and gave a partial refund.

Wasn’t cleaned or set up for guest. We didn’t check in on the 7th has there was a problem with the toilets (was notified timely about that) so we were sent to Edgewater only to check in there and find that the air didn’t work. Reported that and they were to come on 8th to fix. They did not come. So was told to move to our original location. We did that, arrived and it had not been cleaned, had to wash sheets and make our own beds. wonderful

We love the location. It is close to everything, but also quiet. We love the layout of the condos. Two bedroom and two bath is great for a group of friends, and the spacious balconies are fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby. The layout of the gym was great, with most of the equipment overlooking the beach so that you can enjoy the view while you workout. The pool facilities are also great. There is a large outdoor pool and an inside pool. The hot tub is also large. The only staff we encountered was the security, and they were very helpful and friendly.

Although the condos are supposed to be smoke free, you can always smell marijuana from the balconies. We left the balcony door open while we stepped out for a time, and when we came back, the entire condo smelled of it. Although this is annoying and inconvenient, it is also not as bad as other places. A solution should be developed, but we will most likely stay again.

It was very family friendly. Very well equipped. Location was great. The host was very good at responding in a timely manner

The parking spot was a tight squeeze but we did have a large truck. If it was peak season it would have been a nightmare getting in and out. The beds in the second room were very uncomfortable. They are doing construction on the building next-door currently when the doors are shut, you can’t hear it but we did like to be out on the balcony.

I wish they have the carts, make it easier for the people that who don’t have carts to load and unload their stuff

Loved the location, huge balcony with tons of seating, very clean, employees were nice and helpful. Pool was great. Provided sand toys, Family friendly, some glass tables but no big breakable sculptures or anything.

Bed sagged at the end which made it really uncomfortable lol but manageable for 3-4 days. Elevator was broken for one day, thank god we were only on the 6th floor. Had some issues getting in upon arrival bc the door code was wrong but was resolved within an hour. The owners/management was very helpful with getting the code reset even though I woke them up at 3:30am.

We absolutely loved the view on the patio. Everything was clean and everything we would need was provided. The gentlemen cleaning the elevators and attending to the parking garage were so nice and friendly! They made us feel so welcome!! We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip to the beach.

Everything was amazing! The couch wasn’t the most comfortable. I believe the living room furniture could be updated, but other then that everything was great! We actually slept really good in the big master bed!

The condo was clean and well equipped. The condo building itself and property was very well maintained. it was a very family friendly place to stay. The views were spectacular! Gorgeous view of the golf from the main living area as well as the master bedroom.

There is a rental company for chairs and umbrellas right on the beach which is super handy. However, the prices for daily rentals changed depending on who was working.
