The hotel for the price was great. The location was excellent! Right on the beach. The view from my room was amazing. Good places to eat on both sides with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The shower was clean and had really good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Three of us took showers one right after the other with no issues at all. I would stay here again.

The elevator was slow and definitely had a mind of its own, but it worked...eventually. The beds could definitely use an upgrade. We had a room with two queen beds. One of our beds wasn't too bad, but the other was very broken down and sunk in the middle. The springs could be felt in parts of the mattress. The air conditioner started leaking, but the maintenance guy came and got it fixed fairly quickly. Overall, it was not bad for the price. It's was fairly clean and had no bugs, so I was happy with that!

What I like about the room it was right by the beach plus the room I had 156 it was right by the pool you can walk in the front door and walk out the back to the beach the room was clean there was no mold and the furniture didn't have any stains,only thing that I didn't like that it should have been a taller refrigerator instead of a short refrigerator but overall it was nice I know a lot of people was complaining about the pool saying it was Green that it should have been more blue but I couldn't really tell the difference because it stayed crowded.

It should have taller refrigerators and some of the rooms and the parking lot you have to share it with Sharky's and it was a nightmare you never could find a parking spot by the hotel you will always have to go to the Overflow across the street and good luck finding the parking spot over there but if you're the type that hang out to two to three you may get lucky.

We loved the fact that it was right on the beach had a restaurant right next door parking on site and the staff was so friendly they saw to our every need the rooms were very comfy and everything was just wonderful we are definitely going to be going back and definitely recommend this hotel to everyone it was perfect this was our first time staying here and we are definitely going to be going back and make this our permanent place to stay when we go but Panama City every time we love it and we couldn't ask for a better place to stay in front of your staff. The balcony was a plus and was just a short walk to the beach, very relaxing.

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't get to stay longer I didn't have enough time to stay longer.

Location was great staff were very nice and helpful we were on the 2nd floor so we could use the stairs if needed when the elevator was full pool was nice

It didn't have a hair dryer parking was awful bc people parking there to eat at Sharkey's I think they shouldn't be allowed to park there they should be the ones to park in the overflow across the street we paid good money to stay there so we should t have to carry our luggage across the street I really think it should be fenced off from Sharkey's js

I loved the location and staff! We were directly on the beach and could literally walk directly to it since we were on the bottom floor. The staff were very kind and always helpful! Everything in our room working perfectly as well. I have seen a decent amount of complaints about the parking and i’m not sure why! This hotel shares a parking lot with a popular restaurant so parking directly in front of the hotel is typically limited unfortunately. With that being said, the overflow parking is half a block away and across the road. So unless you don’t like walking anywhere the parking situation is completely fine! That was my main concern after reading the reviews but once we were there we realized the walk from the overflow parking to the hotel was five minutes max.

It was great right on the beach, they were actively fixing up the place putting in new beds and toilets and painting the walk ways floors etc. Big Roku tv, clean, it was perfect especially for the price!!!! I would say again 100% (staff was very nice as well we didn’t have room service come so can’t speak on that we chose not to have that tho we just went and got towels as we needed!)

the worst part about the stay was parking at times. The shower also wasn’t in tip top shape but gets the job done so we didn’t have much of a problem with it like some other people may have.

My husband and I loved the beachfront, access to the beach, and the surrounding food locations along the strip.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. It had a curve in the middle of it but, we made it work. The parking is a true hastle due to restaurants being next door. There was only a few signs strictly for the resort and remaining was for the restaurant. You have to park across the street if there is not any spot in resorts location. It will be better if the restaurant had their parking across the street and leave the the parking lot for the resorts guest. If you're lucky to find a spot in the parking lot, I recommend to not move your vehicle and just get an Uber or do the rental down the street.

I liked the location of the property as well as the view to the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was very helpful

I didn’t like the parking situation how the lot is shared with the hotel and the restaurant. Literally having to wait for spots to open or the option to have to park a 1/2 a block away. I would just drive in circles around until I found a spot

The front desk was easy to talk to. Gave us what we needed! Easy access, no one bothered us, peaceful! Bed was the best I've slept in, super soft. And I've been coming here for over 15 years now I know where to stay!

Parking lot combined with sharky, so no parking space by noon to late evening. Expect to park across the street.

The room had great ocean views from the room an the private balcony’s were awesome an the chairs were comfortable an you can sit on the balcony an watch the ocean an hear the waves crashing in an the hotel is right on the beach an you can walk down the beach to everything an the rooms are very affordable an the bed was comfortable an the room was clean

Parking is very limited an is shared with local restaurants so once you get parked you don’t want to move or you will lose your parking place so be prepared to walk to everything for your stay here
