Rooms were nice and clean on arrival. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was beautiful and clean. Pool was nice but needs umbrellas.

Didn't like that they only clean rooms every 3 days unless requested. Ice was $7 per bag. Outrageous. Manager wasn't the friendliest person. She raised her voice to an employee while people, including myself, were in the lobby. They refused us a late checkout stating they were full, yet they asked if we wanted a stay over. Which was it?????

For the price, a fantastic stay for beach side! The rooms were clean and functional, though the bed squeaks bad and the patch job on the sink was an eyesore. I will say, it's the first place I've stayed where I have to ask for a trash can and the "ice machine" was $6 for a 14 lb bag. The staff was nice and the pool was clean. Access to the beach was very easy. They also had games for the deck if asked for. We would stay there again. P.S. Has a great sunset but buildings cut into the sunrise.

Loved that it was available and easy to check in and out. Love the ground floor room as well. It was exactly what we needed and a great price for such a short notice mini vacation.

I just wish we had a way to get in the patio door from the beach without leaving it unlocked or having to walk all the way around to get in the room.

Great location and view. Beach view and access was perfect. Pool was very good and clean. Ground floor room was great for us and pet accommodation was great. Staff friendliness and help great.

Limited service (i.e., food service), no coffee maker in room albeit coffee available in lobby. Dresser in room was non functional with one drawer broken and one drawer inoperable.

All rooms are ocean view - watch out for other hotels with discount rates. You might be looking at the highway! Right next to Sharky's so no need to drive to get to the party! The ocean is just about 50 yards to the water so a very short walk to get enjoying the beach. There is a jet ski rental business on the lot next to the hotel, so you can rent one of those, or take a trip out on a tube behind the ski, or even go parasailing - they offer all 3.

The shower controls were hard to turn, and the door didn't shut very well, but hey for the value this place is the bomb! If you want 5-star luxury stay next door at the Raddison, pay 3X the price and be happy.

I didn't like how the website said that they are pet friendly hotel didn't mention anything about a deposit and then when I called the property they told me that it would be $100 deposit non-refundable so I was not able to bring my fur baby along with me because not only would I have to pay the $100 deposit and not get it back for my 3 lb Yorkie who is my emotional support but he would not be allowed on the beaches

Very reasonably priced for ground level beachfront! It had standard hotel feel, excellent smallish pool, two beach accesses with sprayers, and in the middle of nice area.

I had to duck under the shower head (I'm 6'). Parking can be tough during busy season. Not the best lighting but doable.

We had bottom room with patio Loved the easy access to the beach not a long walk. We also dined in at sharky's had a wonderful time. We also had a change to dine at froggy's and that was also an experience to be had.

We got confused about which Seahaven hotel but we quickly realized which one it was. We booked Seahaven Beach Hotel and when entering the address Seahaven so it took us to the other Hotel. Once all that was sorted out we enjoyed the rest of our stay

I didn't get the room It was showing in the picture when I book my room. It show a full kitchen. So we had to spend extra money to go and eat out which was not what we had planned on doing. And had to pay for ice
