It was just like in the pictures, the staff were nice.

It was a pain to park sometime the underground parking was only for extra money and I think it should be part of the deal.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Would stay here again for sure. Great value.

We received a knock on the door from room service. We told them that we were fine for the day. The lady then rudely and angrily explained that we needed to put the cling on the door. I am sorry, but we are paying customers enjoying a vacation, a door cling isn’t the first thing on my mind. We aren’t there to be lectured about it. Simply respond with “ok, have a great day” and move on. Not the way to treat a customer. On days when we used the room service, they didn’t clean up very well. Seemed like the bare minimum was done to upkeep the room.

The location was great , close to stores and restaurants. ( if not for cold weather you could walk to must of them). Hotel right on beach. The room was clean and bathroom was also. Not bad for a old hotel. ( Not sure how old it is but not bad. Got a text each day asking if everything was going good and if we needed anything. We was down there on Feb. 18 - 21. Plus the area was clean on the outside. Also you can checkout with the contactless. They text you that and you reply back OUT to the message. It works but No e mail receipt so be careful.

I did not get my receipt at check out and was total it would be e mail to me and I still have not got one. So please make sure you ask for it. The deadbolt lock that was for the door to the balcony was bend and it was hard to unlock and lock back plus door was hard to close. Parking is not the best but ok. ( I was talking about the room I was in on the deadbolt lock.) They give you a map on where you can park and not to park. Guess that maybe a plus not sure. Plus I guess as the years gone by the weather takes it told on a building. That is not a bad thing just a old hotel.

The pool setup was fantastic! Gave my 2 yr old son a place to play in the water without being in the way or having to wear his life jacket. It was different level steps so he could play up to his chin and still touch. The hotub setup was great! Loved the blocks and cornhole board out there!!! My son loved the blocks!!!! I loved the location! Walmart is just a rock throw away nearly and a lot of good food places in walking distance. The convenient store is just across the street. Also, shuckums had karaoke every night at 6 so we were able to walk down there and enjoy that. Pier park just a mile down the road. Loved the elevator went straight to the basement and straight out to the beach. We didn't have to walk thru the lobby every time. Overall, everything was perfect! And me and the hubby just said we're gonna go ahead and book again for next year!!! Oh the bed slept great as well!

My only complaint really was the fact there wasn't a broom in the room. To be on the beach, we brought in a lot of sand but no way to sweep it up. Other than that it was perfect!

The elevators took forever and a button was broke.

The property is located directly on the beach. All units face the gulf and have a balcony. We rented double bed room with kitchenette. There was also a sitting area with couch, tv, and breakfast table. This property exceeded my expectations. We rented in the off season of late September and the price was unbeatable. The room had what we needed. Plates, bowls, cups, utensils. No, you won’t have enough for a party of more than four, keep in mind this is not a condo. It is a hotel. Check in/out was super quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach service is available right in front of property through a 3rd party for a fee. Complimentary coffee in the lobby, vending machines available, they sell bags of ice. There is a convenience store located just across the street and a restaurant right next door. I would absolutely stay here again.

Loved the location, loved the ocean view from the balcony, loved the comfy bed, loved the kitchen facilities, loved the shower and loved the HD TV in both living and bedroom! It was a very nice, relaxing stay.

The only thing we didn't love is the man smoking the cigars in the next room over. The smell was horrid! We didn't want to complain to staff while we were there because he heard us complain while on the balcony so he would know who made the complaint.
