My family and I stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed the breakfast, beds, cleanliness, and the housekeeping staff was wonderful and sweet. The access to the beach was amazing, and I really liked how they had a beach wash station to wash your feet before coming inside the hotel.

The only thing that bothered me was the attitude of the front desk of some of the staff; they always looked annoyed. I told them twice that we were out of body wash and body lotion in our room, and we never got a refill for them.

Location and breakfast on the beach was nice.

Beach towels are small and thin. I traveled with my dog, I knew about the $75 pet fee and then the $25 deposit but the reception just handed me the machine to sign for $100 (no communication )The next morning, I asked for my deposit and was told it is not refundable, I checked the listing and saw that it was. The reception then told me that it was the parking fee ($20). Get your story straight, train your staff to know the policies and be more communicative, and refund the remaining of my deposit(it's just the principle).

I like the location and always comfortable stay, including the bed. I stay here couple times each yr

I only had partial beach view. I told guy that called just before my check in that I did want full beach view, not street view from room. And I'd pay additional if needed. He said I'd have beach view. We didn't. That was expensive room for view of street. We had to walk to side of balcony for partial beach view. That was bit disappointing bc my mother can't walk a lot and I wanted her to have ocean view bc she stayed in room a lot.

We have been staying here at this hotel every time we visit PCB because of the location and car garage access. The access to the beach is also I great bonus .. and we love the pool and breakfast options!

This visit we did encounter 2 roaches and the lotion bottle in the bathroom was dirty (dried up lotion dripping) that is pretty much all we didn’t like this visit Aside from the front desk not being too welcoming. Bar tender was great

I loved the location. It was literally a few buildings over from some of our favorite restaurants.

I don’t like that you have to pay to park after already paying larger prices for the convenience of the location. I also didn’t like that which have to go from one elevator to another elevator in order to get to and from the car.

Very nice and clean. The staff were super friendly abd accommodating. Great location right on the beach. I loved that it's pet friendly.

I didn't like the dogs in the dining area.. but that's more the dog owners not adhering to posted rules than the hotel. For the most part ppl were good, but there's always that someone who thinks it doesn't apply to them.

Location amazing, cool breakfast options. Very comfy bed.

Shelly at reception kinda rude and unprofessional when I was trying to get my reservation located over the phone to see if we could check in early. The fridge in the room was not working well; granted we should have brought this to the reception.

The view from our room was absolutely beautiful. I especially loved the enclosed bridge to the enclosed parking area. Breakfast buffet was especially good too!

The pool had to close for a day but I am sure that wasn’t necessary the hotels fault. A guest could have put something in it and they were just being safe. Checking it often. I enjoy a clean pool.

I would honestly say it’s worth the money for the pure convenience of the location. Literally on the beach for easy access, wonderful staff, clean COMFY rooms with a gorgeous view of the ocean, and an amazing bar with yummy choices on site. Doesn’t get much better than this! 10/10

Had to pay for parking per night. Atleast it was secure.

Our proximity to the beach was excellent! We literally stepped out of the hotel onto the sand. This convenience was tremendously valuable to our family.

Breakfast options were slim on some mornings. There are not as many healthy options for vegetarians or dairy-free guests. There were lots of sweet treats (muffins, cakes, etc), but a wider variety of fruits would have been a great addition. A milk alternative would also be helpful.
