Hotel was beautiful... absolutely immaculate❣️ Room was well appointed and exceptionally comfortable. View from balcony was heavenly🤩🤩

Did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the room and did not like the fact that we encountered so many dogs on our floor and some were quite aggressive. I'm an animal lover, but I'm also a germaphobe, and dogs in the beds, on the furniture, YUCK😰🤮 IF a hotel is pet friendly, pets should be confined to certain floors and guests should be warned if dogs are on their floor so they can have the option to be moved to another floor😠

Everything. Amazing view, close to stores and the staff are very kind to us. We travel with our service dog, a golden retriever and the staff was amazing with him.

Great location, walking distance to the Pier, shops, and restaurants. Each staff member we encountered not only was professional but friendly. Breakfast and beach chairs are included in the stay. Heated pool. Amazing drinks at the bar. Very kid and pet friendly. The room was clean, shower had full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Toilet paper was not the cheap John Wayne stuff either.

I have nothing bad to say.

Great location, excellent breakfast, amazing view and wonderful staff. Everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. Close to Walmart, restaurants and Pier.

Clean, spacious, modern, location close to all services and amenities. Able to walk to many restaurants and bars as well as shopping. Pool and hot tub were heated to a very nice temperature. On site bar/restaurant very good food. Beach was spectacular.

The only minor negative thing I could say was if you have a vehicle you have to park it across the Main Street in an open parkade. It's described as gated but it is not. It has full public access. For security reasons it would be nice to have secure parking. Crossing the busy street to get to the car was a minor inconvenience.

Room 223 - Queen room with 2 queen beds visited in November with 2 kids **Read tips & cons if traveling with children** My 1st time staying at a Hyatt - it's a new hotel 1.5 yr old. Beautiful view as soon as you walk in to check in!! They have a nice restaurant on site with outside seating & good breakfast. Hotel staff was very nice as well! Pool deck is beautiful has a bar down there. Again great staff - We had a clogged toilet & they were up to fix it within 10 minutes!! Definitely would stay again - it was very VERY nice & a great deal compared to all the other hotels around. Tips: •Bring a beach wagon if you've got kids. •Be sure when booking select GULF VIEW to have beachfront view. I was told this before I book from front desk & so glad he told me! • Cons: •Parking garage is across the street. •Very small mini fridge •No microwave in room **I bought a lot of dry snack food for the week we stayed & kept a lot of food in our small cooler so it worked out. Ice machine & laundry was in our floor so was very convenient! I called a head of time to ask a few questions & the front desk warned me of the fridge & microwave since I had kids so I just planned to eat out everyday we were there but of course was pretty pricey.

Variety of choices. Clean and stocked. I liked the option of paper and glass plates. Staff friendly and helpful. Seating area was fine.

Coffee. Switched to tea the next day.

The view from the gulf side is fabulous !!! The pool is great ! The staff is very friendly & helpful ! Located within walking distance of most anything you want. The rooms are very nice. The air conditioning is cold & the water is hot. Everything else is clean & shiny !

A person would have to hunt long & hard to find something to complain about here.

Room was clean and the hotel was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was very nice. Parking was easy to find across the street behind Alvin’s Island. The bunk beds had a light so my kids could fall asleep with a night light. The view from the room was very pretty!

Had to wait an hour for our room to be ready past check in time, because of this is made the outside loading and unloading super full, to the point you couldn’t pull a car in without being in the street. This wasn’t necessarily the hotels fault but it would be more efficient if they made it more obvious that it’s supposed to be a 2 lane lot.

Staying on the beach was phenomenal! The staff were awesome, the beds were comfy and the room was great.

There was a lot of pet hair from the prior guess!! I addressed the issue with housekeeping.
