Clean. A few signs of saltwater effects but that's to be expected after a few years of a buildings life right on the beach. Staff smiling and very friendly. Literally across the street from Gulf World, our destination, eating places and beach shops. Enjoyed direct access to the beach, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Room, with balcony and kitchen, spacious and accommodating with pull out couch and 2 queen beds. Very good water pressure for showers. No problem with air conditioning, one unit in bedroom area and another in dining, living area. Large TV in bedroom area and smaller, mounted TV in living area.

Elevator worked fine but noisy, especially door closing. Startling but worked fine.

We arrived in town a little early . Was told they would contact us when rooms were ready. So after a couple of ours we asked if anything was available. We were put up on the 7th floor elevator wasn't working correctly at all had to climb up and down 7 flights of stairs . At 60 years old very disappointing have been a customer there renting several rooms for over 5 years. However I think the new owners have a great idea in bringing it up to date. I wish them well. Just wish some of the staff was a little more considerate..

We loved the property. We booked it expecting a budget stay and it exceeded our expectations. it was clean and safe. The location was amazing. The two pools were a great addition. This was a short stay for us and we are already planning a trip back soon.

Great quality for the price!!! Really clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Do not judge a book by its cover! No it doesn't look like the big fancy hotels but it is a really nice small hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

The only thing we was kind of bummed about was the pool at the courtyard rooms was being remodeled and the staff did give notice of this when we reserved our rooms. There was still another pool to use right around the corner. So it really wasn't a big deal just would have been nice to know so that if we wanted we could have changed rooms.

After reading the reviews about this place, I thought I would regret booking this hotel. But surprisingly, this hotel was not all that bad as the reviews were saying. The location was ideal. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. Traffic was easy going and stable so it was easy and accessible parking across the street. The staff in the front office were friendly and helpful. The elevator wasn't crowded and didn't have long waits. We had rooms with the sea view and the rooms were decently clean and spacious with the kitchenette, full size fridge, and dining/living room area with table and chairs, and a sofa. Very comfortable queen size beds and pillows. 2 flat screen tvs. We had AC and a ceiling fan in our room so it was pleasantly cool. Bathroom was a little tight niched but clean nonetheless. Private balcony with the view of the beach just outside the living room area. 2 nice size pools and a jacuzzi. There's an area where you can grill. Even the other hotel guests we met were all friendly and nice. My family didn't have a complaint for anything about this hotel or the trip so we've definitely enjoyed our stay.

When I booked the rooms, there was no taxes included with the price of the rooms at the time of booking. So when I get to the hotel at check in, I get charged another $200 on top of the remaining balance I THOUGHT I had left to pay in order to get the rooms. Also there was no housekeeping done to our rooms during our stay and we ran out of toilet paper and clean towels

Right across the street from Diego’s, and only 0.5 mile from Pier Park and the pier area. Easily within walking distance to many things. Room was clean and just like the photos! Housekeeping was nice and helpful as well! Overall a great value for the 5 night stay!

At times, people yelling on the balconies outside on the street side or revving engines could be heard echoing inside our room. It wasn’t anything that couldn’t be ignored though.

Excellent location. The room was nice and great view of the beach and pool. Great value. Will stay again.

The woman that checked us in was very rude and had a very bad attitude. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and have never experienced such horrible customer service. She made me and my guests very uncomfortable.

I loved everything!! I’ve never stayed in PCB with such great friendly customer service!! Everyone from the front desk to the owner!! I was so impressed and hope I can stay every trip to PCB The rooms decor looked great!!! The location is in walking distance to everything you need! I appreciate the staff going above and beyond

Only thing I can think of is the parking lot needs some attention, repairing holes

The view was great and the beds were so comfortable.

There was no toaster in the kitchen and the parking was very lacking in front of motel. I realize there is parking across the street but it was inconvenient. Especially when it was raining and there was so much traffic . Also the elevator broke when it was time to leave and we had to carry our luggage down the steps.

Loved the room, loved the location and beach! Super easy check in and check out process, the price was great and we loved being able to cook in the kitchen!

Parking was a hit or miss and we couldn’t get access to the beach until the pool area was open.. we had to walk on the side of the building to next property to get the beach early in the morning.
