The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. Rooms are very nice. We did have a 2 burner top. Normal sized refrigerator. Coffee pot and microwave. Nice,clean pool, and we were directly across from the mall. We drove across because of traffic. There is a shopping area next to the hotel that you can walk to. The beach is just past the mall. Will stay here again They do have a bar. No restaurant in hotel but plenty right next to you in walking distance

The breakfast could have been better the scramble eggs and boiled eggs were cold and also the coffee wasn’t that hot and they should have microwave around the cafeteria area to heat your food they should add bacon to the continental breakfast and also shower water was to hot they need to fix the level hot water and cold water

Traffic and they dont clean your room while you are there. And they dont replace your towels unless you ask . Breakfast eggs were always over cook not good variety of drinks for breakfast. Wasn't happy they charged my credit card twice . Which I had call and they explain one will drop off but it still puts hold twice on your card.

We loved everything about the property! It was clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing, friendly and so helpful!

The customers all come for breakfast at the same time (not the problem), the problem was they were taking the dishes all back to their rooms making it hard for staff to keep up with clean dishes in the kitchen and then complaining that there were no dishes. People should do better. Not the staffs fault. Staff was exceptional.

Property is clean and well maintained (I believe it is fairly new, so hopefully upkeep will continue to be a priority). The staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. The pool was clean and warm, lots of towels ready and no trash/cigarette butts anywhere! Also a good breakfast included and good coffee.

A little pricier than I typically spend on this type/class of hotel, but it was spring and the location is great.

Front desk guy on night shift was extremely nice and very helpful. I can't remember his name but he work July 12, 2024 around 11p.m. The water pressure was amazing in our shower! Everything was so organized and clean. Large kitchen and big refrigerator. It even had a dishwasher. I would recommend this place to stay 10/10.

It was nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable and very up to date. Overall a nice hotel.

Most everything was great. If I had to make suggestions it would be to improve the breakfast buffett. I would also like the price of the hotel dropped some because even though its PC price was a little high for a hotel not on the beach.

Overall, it was a great stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the property was conveniently located near everything needed for a great trip.

The breakfast staff was extremely rude to the residents, and the variety of breakfast options was limited.

This property is new, clean, and we rested very well during our stay. Less than 15 mins from the beach, Walmart less than 10 mins, and right across the street from the mall and Pier Park. Staff was brand new but nice and happy to help with anything.

Not a complaint. I wish there were vegetarian/ non- dairy options for breakfast.

Amazing nice hotel , absolutely no complaints ! Definitely a great choice If you're visiting Panama City beach . I had the queen suite , stove , fridge , dishwasher , everything u would need or want
