I love the location, it was not right on the beach so there was enough space and time to actually get out onto the road but the beach is VERY CLOSE by. Theres gas stations right across the street. I loved that they had laundry facilities, and that i didnt have a housekeeper knocking on my door everyday waking me up, if you need cleaning or exchanging, you go to the desk and get what you need and ask for cleaning. Loved that is was basically like a mini apartment w/everything in it you need. Dishes, etc. LOVED the out door grill area next to the pool and the pool was always crystal clear the whole week i stayed.

The air conditioning in the room was the ONLY complaint i have about my stay. Whike it was not miserably hot, it was not cold by any means. Its like the air only gets down to like 73 even though its set to 65. But during the day it stays icy. We also tried to set it at a higher temp to see if maybe we just had it too low.. nope still pretty warm. It was just barely comfortable at night

Bed was comfortable and had good size pillows. And it looked and felt clean. Location was close to the airport which I needed to be at at 4 AM.

Our room had greasy floors and was very slippery. Perhaps it was the cleaners they used to make the floor shiny. Overall I didn’t like the feel of it on my feet. Cleanliness was ok for a day stay. There were a few stains on the furniture.

Very clean and accommodating. Perfect room for a weekend trip. Everyone was so friendly, especially to my toddler. One front desk staff was impressively friendly to my little boy and I wish I would have gotten his name, he needs a raise For Customer service alone!

A bit of a travel to the beach, however that is obviously not their fault. No bad reviews for the place !

We have been staying here each year since they opened in 2021. We can definitely see improvements that they've made to the facility. We enjoy the kitchenette and being able to cook some of our meals in the room to save money. We also enjoy the the on-site laundry and pool. The full size complimentary toiletries in the shower are nice as well.

The garbage disposal was not working when we arrived in the room. This made the draining of the sink very slow. Also would be nice to have an oven or toaster oven.

Staff at front desk was amazing. Very informative and courteous. I was a little nervous as this was the first time traveling with my dog. They were so welcoming...felt very comfortable with my furbaby.

My room was next to another dog owner. I tried napping from my long trip, but was unable to do so.due to their dogs barking nonstop. Thankfully, I didn't hear them during the night so all was well! :)

Everything was great. From the moment I arrived the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. My room was very nice spotless and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended to others.

The staff was wonderful. I had an issue with my card being charged twice and the lady at the front desk took care of it that day. The hotel was very clean, which is very important to me and it was a great value for the price. Me and my daughter actually bought both girls at the front desk a souvenir before we Left.

The hotel and location were great. Fairly easy access in and out.

Our coffee maker didn't work because of the wrong carafe. I told the cleaning staff as well as the check-in clerk and even took it down to her to show what was wrong. We never received a replacement.

My husband and I loved the location. Loved the staff, the room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and overall the whole place was worth the money. We will definitely be staying again. We had hoped to find another Candlewood while driving around the coast of Florida on our honeymoon.

We loved everything about this place.

Big room, facilities were super complete, amazing fridge, great for cooking and saving in breakfast. Great location, close to the beach. Big bathroom, Dove shampoo and conditioner provided.

Little marihuana smell in the hallway. The price was ok compared to other hotels in Panama but expensive anyways.
