We were on the 3rd floor and the ocean view was great! Parking was included in the stay, although the parking lot seemed small for the size of vehicles now. It was a little difficult to maneuver around the vehicles already there. Short walk to Pier Park, once you got through the construction barricades.

Construction was going on on the street in front of the hotel so we were woke up during the weekday by that. (Not the hotels fault) There were orange barrels and orange nets up which also made it difficult to walk anywhere. Again, where they have their dumpster, there is a curb on the other side of it so maneuvering through it with a large vehicle was tough. They didn't have room cleaning while we were there, so if we wanted clean towels we had to just wash what we had already in the room and if our trash was full, we had to take it out. Not a huge deal, but for the price, it's inconvenient.

The stay here was great! Everything was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only minor inconvenience was the elevator being down temporarily upon arrival, but it was fixed within 1-2 hours. Would definitely recommend this place , will be returning!

My location is absolutely amazing. Amazing view of the ocean. The beach is always beautiful and clean as always. This is my second time staying at this location and definitely plenty more to come the staff and the people are very outgoing very pleasant and help you in any kind away Will definitely be back.

Location, and room was great!

The hotel did everything right however when we arrived they didn't have our booking so I had to show them proof from my booking page and emails. They were wonderful and even upgraded our room for the trouble but there was a disconnect between booking and the hotel. The only other issue was the elevator but there's a note that it's getting worked on.

The entire staff did an exceptional job in accommodating us during our stay. We will definitely be back. Special thanks to Nirmal, Rylie, Jacqueline and the manager over housekeeping.

Honestly I liked everything about it it was a great location I like the fact that there was a McDonald’s across the street haha. but seriously it wasn’t too high up like a really big tall toe hotel so I didn’t feel so scared of heights.. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place

I did like the palm trees but there was one that was in front of our room that was kind of blocking the view a little bit from our balcony so other than that. they did have a coffee maker and they had coffee but no filters at but I should’ve bought them from the store :) no biggie I could walk across the street to McDonald’s and get coffee each morning.

Nice large shower, but water pressure & stream were minimal. Need a designated smoking area for us smokers.

Location , room, pool and hot tub, beach. Everything was wonderful, staff went out of their way

Elevator problems. It wasn't the staff fault they had been trying to get repaired for a week .

It accommodations were great! Comfortable and clean.

Although it didn’t interfere with our stay, there’s a lot of road work on Front Beach Road.

Very clean, nice room big rooms big bathrooms comfortable big beds with everything you need in the kitchen. Perfect to watch sunset at the patio. Right in front of the beach for easy access. Heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, shaded chairs. Hotel is not big which is good coz it is not crowded. Very good for family. Staff was nice upon check in. Had a wonderful stay. Will be back!
